I have been sort of advocating some form of regulation for ages but..
I have always said that because i think it's a losing battle to resist it pretty much..
I have just been trying to be practical and realistic about the matter.

EDIT: But if reliable and secure tech can over come regulation with a new coin then great.
So far i have to give a failing grade to the ANON coins i seen though.

So when it comes to a situation like this i wonder why haven't the US fed's gone after Cryptsy guys ..especially BigVern ?

That violates the ideology i have tried to stand for.
Do we want govt agencies policing Crypto for us ?
We can't have it both ways.

We can not cry Free Market and "decentralization" etc then file a class action lawsuit.
