Issue is i'm already on web wallet and have that issue.I choosed test API from Frankfurt but know its saying my account doesnt exist and also unable to load exchange.

I was facing similar issue with desktop wallet and trying many different ways didn't succeed to complete the process. I took decision to move to webwallet version. I got my tokens using that online version of wallet. You should be fine using web wallet at the moment then later do what you want. At this moment important is to receive your tokens before 11th July.

Received my tokens at OpenLedger. Hopefully cvc can be traded at Liqui exchange.
Liqui is promising exchange now it has good volume but I hope soon it will be on bittrex too. Just hold and don't get trapped by whales who try to eat your coins at low price.
I hope that in the future - 1-2 years this coin will have 100$ value
