Both are same you are good to make anywhere from these. You will be able to login at either platform from anywhere. Only difference is at first you have option to set your own password whereas the second one generates automated password randomly. There is nothing to be worried about.

Crypviser team is in negotiations with some major exchanges behind the scene as they are fully aware of the effect of being at big exchanges with having high volume is better for both the project as well as investors.
