Why bitcoin price keeps going down these days? Is it just the ETF rejection of Vinklevoss twins?

The price of bitcoins today which is below $8k dollars is not bad because in this way we can invest a huge amount with cheaper prices in the market.
Its true mate, take advance on buying or investing coins while its on downtrend , a big oppurtunity for making massive profits for bull run. But if the market will not be stable and the price will not make any move for the remaining months, then this scenario is a big dissappointment to all investor and may cause of panic selling. But I also hope that all of us here have a wide patience untill the bull run occur.

I think the market for this year is not good enough to rise the price of bitcoin to as high as $10k before the year end as those investors are selling their coins for short profits and no sign of good news that can ignite the market to a bullish.

Till now it has being a falling market in this year and we do expect some good movement to happen in this last quarter. If you consider last year as well it was almost same like this year and the rise happened was in last quarter. If we can see some 50% growth as well from the current levels we should see 10k easily in this year .

Yes the current price of Bitcoin is below 8k.There are several reasons behind this downfall of the price.Thr amount of investos of Bitcoin have decreased because the prices are not rising. The demand of Bitcoin has also decreased and so the price is unable to rise.Bitcoin is also banned in some Nations which is also contributing to the downfall of its price. But we should not underestimate Bitcoin as it has the capability to create new records like it did in 2017 which was called the Bitcoin year.

in my opinion, the decline in bitcoin prices is due to the falling interest of investors and buyers of bitcoin, it could also be because it has reached a down cycle like last year which also experienced a decline after finally rising at the end of the year

I am sure you are one of the people who suffered losses in BTC trade, if you know BTC in 2009, when you see the current price is still quite high. This means that BTC is developing in a better direction. I hope you see BTC price movements from the beginning to the present Smiley

Sadly, the price of Bitcoin has now fallen below $6300, which is a very bad phenomenon, which means that many people are starting to give up Bitcoin!

We have been going with conditions worst than the current market conditions and have seen it recovering again. This time the market is not so down but is taking long to recover is due to a reason as well that we sell for small profit when we observe a little increase in price. We should avoid selling for small profit so that holding of coins will not let the market face with downfalls.
I just searched the current price of Bitcoin which is equivalent to 6505 US dollar showing improvement from yesterday price so these who have bought yesterday are now in profit but this is a small profit as Bitcoin has big profit for you. But you need to wait for that big profit so you hold it right now and do not sell for small profit, treat it as long term you will surely reach at your destination in future days.
You can always make some profit with daily fluctuations, some days this fluctuations have wider range, sometimes not, but anyway 1-5% is a good profit if you have some bigger bankroll. Price is going just alright, we have seen all times high last year, and who is familiar with bitcoin knew that price will drop after that, which happened. Now we are over 6k for a long time now, we had few times price under that mark, but with certainty we can say that bitcoin price have a good stronghold at this mark. Price will stay for a while under 8-10k dollars, and when start to rise again we will never see bitcoin under that mark, in future bitcoin will set up new bottom and new all times high.

But I think that's because there is news from the ETF and because there are also other bad news that finally makes many traders panic so that the bitcoin prices tend to fall and often collapse.

Why bitcoin price keeps going down these days? Is it just the ETF rejection of Vinklevoss twins?

Why do people keep talking about that Winkelvoss twins ETF rejection all the time? This is old news.
The price is going down, because lots of crypto traders realised that this price increase trend won`t be stable and won`t last long,so they started to sell btc,in order to get some short-term profits.

And this is not new, we've seen BTC went even lower than $7k in the month of June, this is completely normal, haven't you been used to this? The price seems to go down and up, we should actually be thankful that even if it is a slow flow, we should be completely happy that it moved and did not stay at that mark, we should expect more ups rather than downs, this is normal and I'm sure it'll move up once again.

Most importantly, whatever the reason for this price decline occurs, it is a natural thing in the market, issues and speculation will continue to spin and the market will continue to move according to that, you don't need to be panic, even bitcoin market have experienced worse things than this right ?

A second ETF application was rejected further and the market reacted more to it than the first...
A new ETF application coming to happen this month is the one that if successfully passed will be able to make bitcoins go bull run. Will even make it goes up to 23000 by the Eve of new year.
For Bitcoin will go way up more after Etf. But the problem is when will be Etf approved.
I think in September so just buy btc now.

Yeah, wise things to do with your money is to go for Bitcoin investment and if you find its availability on low price then you will have to use less money for more coins and this is better if you collect more in numbers. Current price is below 8k dollar which is considering better for investment that is the only benefit in current market of Bitcoin so we do not have to wait more and should prepare ourselves for upcoming bull market.
But we can't real determine why bitcoin is still decreasing , but Im sure the reason is the panic selling and other reason I think is othe, and I hope the following event or anything cannot harm bitcoin but it can help to bitcoin to pump again.

We really cant determine on when do declining desist. Somehow, it is a great oppurtunity to buy more bitcoin to have a great profit when the market will pumping up.
Yeah, we all know that maximum profit is only possible if you choose a high potent source or product so that you may get big profit from it. Let us suppose Bitcoin as it gives us the opportunity to invest in it using low money as compared to its average price so it most profitable and getting currently in its low market will make you able to get maximum profit in bull market.

That is right. Even if the BTC ETF does not pass, the price of BTC will not drop a lot as the price is really low now.

Man, it seems that bitcoin price is stabilized around 6000 USD, but I believe it will jump back up during the fall season.

The funny thing is that we have heard so many people complain about the value of bitcoin throughout last year as it is overpriced and now that we had a correction, some are still complaining it is going down hugely. Well, I guess we will never stop hearing complaints about the market anyway.
The market is still very bullish in the long term even it is being traded below $7000 and I am sure there is a huge possibility of seeing it huge, but for now, this is the time to gulp this dips like never before as they may never come again.

I wish a lot of people can get to understand this fact and rather than focusing on the price that is low below 8k and reasons why they are scared of buying, they should be looking at the fact that it is far below the previous ATH at around 19800 and that surely looks more like a good time to be buying.
What is important here is to know that the market is here to stay and development will not halt, so it makes it a risk worth taking for the long run.

why always raise about ETF? whether it's just FUD or not but bitcoin is down because it's not just an ETF problem but there are other factors
People are simple minded. If they see that an ETF has been rejected or postponed and the price goes down after that, it's the easiest event to blame.

If you also take into consideration that the mainstream media is significantly fueling ETF speculation, then it shouldn't come as a surprise that people add so much value to ETFs.

People need to stop fooling themselves thinking there is a realistic chance of seeing at least one of the proposed ETFs get approved. The SEC has been clear enough with their rejections in my opinion.

Just browse through social media right now, you'll see how surprised people are that the market tanked with like 5% today. How can anyone still be surprised by these price swings?

Great day for shorters, not so much for dreamers of that miraculous recovery.

Well, it looks like my prediction that the latest price rise will not last and that it's just temporary was correct. Unfortunately. ETF is only partialy to blame for that.
Still, the correction isn't that bad and I don't believe it will go much lower.
Also it's good opportunity to buy more coins so instead of being disappointed with price, again, use this to enlarge your portfolio.
