a lot of smaller casinos are really hostile to players that win big. maybe because they dont have the bankroll to pay. i even read one casino here that agreed to pay but instalment basis. i forgot the name of casino.  but at least, they made an agreement to the player to give his winnings.
so if you really want an assurance, just play in known casinos in the forum, without any outstanding complaints from their players.
cyber.bet is still up so maybe they are just banking from players outside the forum. i dont think they will come back again here and resolved their issues.
I agree. Playing on known casinos would be a good choice. The reason why they did not pay those who win big amount is that they can't pay them in full and eve if they try to pay then their bankroll won't be enough to cover all the total amount so, their choice would be not to pay and continue like they don't care or be inactive.

This is one of the reason why we shouldn't select the new one since the risk is so high and yet we don't know if they have huge bank roll to pay off if the players will win so for next time ahead to those players who always go for the new this will be set as warning especially if they deposit a huge amount of money. Just stick with old for since for sure if those new really serious about the business for sure they will get a good reputation to gain trust, by the time they earn success then maybe it's good for us to enter and try to play at them.

Well this casino didn't have that kind of problem, they just didn't want to let users withdraw their funds from the start and from @tyraxx post you can see that they let them withdraw smaller amount of funds to give them some sense of trust and when they deposited and eventually wanted to withdraw bigger amount of funds they would lock their account and ask for ID verification and such, but I agree the lack of enough funds to cover for a user winnings can be one of the reasons for cases like this but if a casino website can not handle such transactions maybe they shouldn't be in this casino business in the first place, or if really only the lack of enough funds is the issue they could just have maximum deposit so that a user can not deposit and/or bet more than 5000$ for example.

At the end of the day they should be the one that predicts such problems that could happen and the user in no way should be responsible for their future problems.

Sorry about what happened to you, Well @Cyber.Bet and the only available support of this casino on the forum was last online July 07 and they did not even sent one single post in the scam accusation thread against them and maybe provide an explanation or something, and that proves the whole website is probably a trap to attract some users into using their casino website by promising bonuses, and then if they want to withdraw delay the process by asking for ID, there's even a screenshot of them in that topic that support asks the user for Skype verification after the user completed KYC process which says a lot.

yes I know, now he looked through the forum and I see that this is a scam page, I played there earlier and did smaller withdraw and they did withdraw money, now with a win of 1000e they do not want to pay, I think these 1000e are a big withdraw for them, so this gambling site is worth nothing.

they did not give any reason, this company is a scam, all players should be warned to stay away from these cheaters.
of course they demanded a selfie with a card and the words cyber.bet. but I sent everything they wanted because the account is for my real data, I don't have multi-accounts, only on this account I made deposits and received the bonus.

unfortunately they also cheated on me today, unfortunately I didn't read this thread earlier, I made deposits and withdraw some time ago and there was no problem, I received an email with the promotion 100% up 100e wagering 20x bonus, I made a deposit, I started the game with a balance of 200e, after finishing wagering requirements on my account the balance is about 1000e.

Well, perhaps silence means guilty so they did not give any response to the accusation thread and even cover their reputation that causes their business down. The only hope they had, there is a newbie again that will fall to them and perhaps their other victim. Unfortunately, --scam issues like this are not moderated on the forum, they can still post if they wanted to even how many flags we created. But at least the flag shown on the owner's profile of this betting site gives a warning to them. I will support the flag for the sake of newbie that possibly will fall to them.

You have it back to front.  In the real world, you have the right to silence in most countries around the world when accused of something.  In dictatorships and online forums silence is perceived as an admission of guilt, answering your accusers fuels those Trolls.

Damned if you do. Damned if you don't.

Here you can see the main advantages and disadvantages of Cyber.Bet: h ttp://sportstatist.com/cyber-bet-review/

You are aware that you have just advertised this service!?
This is not good...
A service that here within the forum has been evading accusations of fraud for no less than 2 months now.
Even if there is no truth in it, still that it is very dubios to behave like this!

Please do NOT advertise suspected fraudsters here under any circumstances!
This could cost you dearly, if you collect a flag from us...

They online and make some update on the twitter about CSGO at 15 Jully 2020.

I think the victim already can put them flag since there is no reponds at all from them but they can make some update for their social media on twitter. Creating a flag and inform them on twitter will make them online maybe XD.

In any case, a most unusual behavior from Cyber.Bet...
The flag you mentioned was already created today! It would be very helpful from you, if you would support them.

I'm in contact with the scammed victim. He's asking for help from anyone who might be able to contribute to the investigation. In which part ever, you're welcome!

He also wants me to create the flag for him. (in his name, so to speak)
As you can see, he has already supported the flag himself:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2147
And hereby expressly once again I ask everyone with a high member rank, and especially DT1 Trusted, to support this flag!

If this flag should prove to be wrong, I will of course also take care of the clarification of the flag...

They have time to update something on social media but they do not have few minutes to online in this forum then reply something here in this thread, it is not good at all.
I'm sure they are aware about the issue but they do not want to answer/confirm or fix it.
~
Yes, you're abolutely right!
A big puzzle for me that other platforms are still being updated, and this accusation here are simply ignored!
~
If it is true, flag wont make them come back here in this forum. If they are legit casinos, they should have at least gave an answer here.
But flag or red trust will obviously help other members of this forum to stay away from cyber.bet
Also perfectly correct!
I would also like invite you, to join to the flag above...

I'd wait to do that.
I think a week is fine, you should always remember that a flag is final.

Feels free to make flags against them ~

I have a feeling that it is over already, no signs that OP will come back anytime soon. Its been a week of inactivity from OP which is not as usual when he used to be online at least once a day since he created this thread. No need to wait longer time to create a flag imho especially if there is no more updates or replies through their support system (chat/email). I do believe cyberbet representative notices about the accusation but he do prefer to ignore it imho. I have no ideas why they act like this while the amount on the issue cant be considered as a big amount for a gambling site unless there are many other similar issues but players do not come here to report it.

I read that accusation. Their behavior is not good at all. The accusation was created on 9th July and the cyber bet official account is not active from 7th July. we should wait for their explanation about this issue. But it's sure that their behavior looks unprofessional could scam anytime in the future.
Yes, I agree with you.
We should give them a little more time for clarification...
I think towards Thursday should be good! That's exactly one full week since the allegation.

You are right,
I hope that no one will bet on this site before the problem is resolved.
Since you the victim of the casino.

Feels free to make flags against them until the problem is solved, maybe with the flag on their account will make some attention and response from CYBER.BET team. If not, then we believe they could be want to abandon the casino.

We can expect an update from the operators on Monday, i think.
A seriously scam-prove around here in the forum would be like a death sentence for the website.
I can't imagine that...

But since we could be completely on the wrong track here, the operator should still get the chance to clear up the matter and get rid of it...

If nothing has happened by the end of Monday, we will probably have to take further steps.
We should definitely still wait until it's a normal workday again!

You are right,
I hope that no one will bet on this site before the problem is resolved.
