We can expect an update from the operators on Monday, i think.
A seriously scam-prove around here in the forum would be like a death sentence for the website.
I can't imagine that...
But since we could be completely on the wrong track here, the operator should still get the chance to clear up the matter and get rid of it...
If nothing has happened by the end of Monday, we will probably have to take further steps.
We should definitely still wait until it's a normal workday again!

Did they change the turnover rule after you did meet the 3x turnover requirement? If so, it is very bad service absolutely.

They edited the main thread on "2 Jully" and seeing the problem of @MualanMaulana on his date email with CYBER BET is 29 June. Mean @MualanMaulana should be not reflected to the main rules since he winning before the new rules are implemented.
Yap I did notice his reply to my question but I did not really notice the date when MaulanaMaulana took and played with the bonus.
So yeah cyber.bet changed the rules while MaulanaMaulana was playing with the bonus. What a bad practice.
Anyway, is cyber.bet gone now? He is not active since 7th, 2 days after MaulanaMaulana posted the scam accusation thread.
Professional site wont keep on silence like this whenever there is a serious accusation like this.
Lets see and wait till Monday which is a working business hour, hope they will come back and solve this issue.
Otherwise, I can say that it will be an early end of cyber.bet

I would like to hear the explanation from cyberbet about this case. Freezing account with no clear reasons after the users completing everything they ask is unacceptable.
Warning for other users who are going to use this site, it is better to wait till this case is solved or at least wait for cyberbet to explain what is going on with this case.

I review this site about their bad customer service experience but i didn't expect that they really scamming people. in my experience they had a poor withdrawal system and this case really need really need to be solved by cyberbet

that's because you haven't activated the bonus. I think it is related to the site's terms and conditions. He made a deposit, not playing with it then request a withdrawal. Some sites has similar terms where players need to wager at least xx amount before players can make a withdrawal. It can be related to KYC as well, probably rozak has not done the KYC procedure so he cant make withdrawal. Ofc, lets wait for cyber.bet to confirm about this case.
