I tried digging up the meaning but what I found is cold storage wallet which I know but I can't find the specific meaning of it. Maybe it's a site that offers a cold storage wallet?. I really can't access internet all the time to research and participate due to electricity not yet restored after devastated by the typhoon rai and my neighbor only on generators at night so I only have less time to go online. If you ask me about cygan, he always update the thread when he doesn't have other things to do. Just patiently wait for cygan to update the thread.
