It could be problem on your connection, I suggest you to use the lite version if you have slow connection.
Lite version is working better for players with slow connection.

Not for me. The site is running smoothly for me and I have no problem solving captcha and claiming faucet.
You may try to clear cookies and cache, and try the lite version to see if it helps.

Now, the faucet can only be used if the account balance is zero, but with hundreds of thousands of bets placed, the faucet as well was used hundreds or even thousands times over, the result is the total faucet amount redeemed.

Yes AFAIK the more you roll, the higher your point will be. Each chat or each roll will grant you 1 point. The higher your points, the higher your level will be that means the higher faucet amounts that you can claim. Perhaps that is why you see alot of dust bet for 98% at 1 satoshi or so
