As I can see from the logs, it seems to be a cloudflare issue. We will look into this.

Something like that sounds more legit. I had this all the time, sometimes more often, sometimes more seldom but it surely was not connected to a reconnect on my ISP. So there is either that your server is overloaded for a millisecond, which you should see in your logs, or its cloudflare, then they would need to fix things.

Maybe its a very simple thing, like the timeout is set too high, so that the routing through cloudflare sometimes hit this limit.

That really sounds like a connection issue to me mate. Try having a cht with your service provider maybe? or check your lines noise ratios

It's not a connection issue. It does the same thing on an amazon EC2 instance. Please stop blaming your customers for your poor coding.

If all 250+ customers complained in one day. I would have backed you on this one, but now its probably less than 3 complains per century... thanks for the early morning entertainment... I love it Tongue

Yes it was won for the first time a few days back. Also the probability to win was calculated and explained here a few pages back.
