is there any bug at stats.dadice.com when i checked 0 than i got answer that is not a prime number so if there is any bug than nobody will hit this jackpot with #0 so fix that problem or update the status of prime number there.

The winning number has to be a 0. The bet ID and the timestamp has to be both prime numbers.

The bet ID and the Unix Timestamp must both be prime numbers which can be checked there

Yes the jackpot starts again with at least 1 BTC. The roll need to be a 99.99 or 0. Since we had 99.99 previously, it must be a 0 now, until it is won next time, then it will be 99.99 again.

That usually has something to do with network latency mate. You may want to check your connections and so forth there I think
