As I have already said, the difficulty is very high, its mining power increased. A block can be mined up to 10 minutes and it will have to be mature so that shares can be shared with the mature of 40 blocks.
Now things are getting more normal, because the mining pos has begun.
A block can be mature after about 400 minutes depending on mining power and diff.
I wrote here because I'm getting messages with verification addresses.
