The pool is not stealing your coins, it's very hard to mine them. I ran my 50 D3s and got only 77 coins in 6 hours, so I just moved on.

Now,because the difficulty is very high and GPU / CPU mining is inexistent.For earnings, i recommend using algo dedicated ex: Cryptonight (XMR,Croat,CHRC),Equihash(ZEC,ZED,ZCash) etc..
