It is correct that you can have one bet per Betting Day that takes part in the contest. That bet is the first bet you make on the betting day with the stake of 9.99 mBTC (you still have to post it here before first match start on coupon).
Reason that it is first bet made of 9.99 mBTC, is because there was some changing there post, and since we will not spend time on checking this - it is the first bet made each betting day of 9.99 that can take part.
