Will there be delegates? If so, how are you handling the issue with forking in the Lisk code?
Is there currently a testnet that is open to the public, do you have any nodes running we can checkout, or create ourselves?
Edit: In terms of a Marketing Leader. Is the bounty negotiable? Currently that is about BTC0.00177 / $1.33, not really worth the time Id invest.

Yes, there will be delegates, it is based on Lisk code. There will be a public testnet available soon that allows people to do some testing. Currently working on the fine tuning of the code. About the Marketing Leader function i have send you a PM.
