The interest rate varies based on the loan currency. The below interest rates are daily rates, and interest is calculated as simple interest. The minimum interest is 1 mBTC (0.001BTC).

Terms:
1. Altcoin/Token collateral is required. Don't bother asking if you have other collateral (such as accounts or physical goods). I may provide exceptions for physical crypto coins and other crypto collectibles. Please send me a PM if you wish to offer these.
2. The Altcoins/Tokens you provide should be in Top 200 on CoinMarketCap.
3. The Altcoins/Tokens must be tradable on Binance or another large exchange.
4. The collateral must be worth 130% or higher of the loan's value. (example: If you want to borrow 1 BTC, you should provide 1.3 BTC worth of collateral)
5. If the collateral falls to or below 104% of the loan's value (defined as total borrowed + any outstanding interest), I reserve the right to liquidate (sell the collateral). Excess BTC obtained from liquidating will be returned to the borrower.
6. The borrower can add additional collateral to keep the loan at a safe value, or provide a partial repayment.
7. I will not accept the use of Escrow, even if the borrower pays the fees. The time delay between the loan reaching 104% of the value and the escrow releasing the coins to me can be very long, which is something I do not want to deal with.
8. The borrower can repay at any time, and will pay the lowest applicable rate. I reserve the right to limit loans to a maximum duration (if above 3 months) and 2 weeks notice will be given if I do so.
9. Miners fee when sent will be paid by me, and the miners fee for the repayment transaction is paid by the borrower. Any transaction fees that occur from moving the collateral will be paid by the borrower.
10. Please request a signed message from me before sending collateral. The message will be signed from 1DarkStrRagcDjWtsPGxkav4WG3poLXzDS, which was staked here.
11. You can request for me to liquidate your collateral to repay the loan. Any transaction fees, exchange fees, etc will be paid by you. I will sell at whatever the market rate is when my deposit transaction(s) confirm, unless you request a specific price. The coin must be tradeable on Binance for this to occur. Any excess BTC will be returned to you. All exchange risk is liable on you. I may sell the coins in chunks at a time, to reduce the loss in the event that something happens to the exchange.
12. The maximum loan amount at this time (subject to change) is 5 BTC.
13. Loans are denominated in your chosen currency; not any other currency. If BTC/ETH/USD moons, you still owe the same BTC/ETH/USD value. If BTC/ETH/USD is suddenly worth 1$, you still owe the same BTC/ETH/USD value.
14. By taking a loan from me in this thread, you agree to these terms.
15. I reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Existing loans will not be affected by these changes.
