From my observations, DASH has been in its bottom range in BTC pair, even its price has risen dramatically in fiat pair. It means that sooner or later, DASH will rise considerbaly in BTC pair. As qwizzie pointed out many times with price chart of DASH (one-day price chart, and in btc pair), we can determinantly invest in that pair and wait for coming Spring of DASH, in btc pair. As what we saw with bitcoin's flight, DASH can move in the same way, suddenly and significantly upwards.
This Week (May 16th) at DCG :
- DashCore updates for the final v0.14 release candidate
- Updated platform components to accept historical filtered blocks from Core in order to support SPV functionality
- Coded outbound contact activity and addressed some UI issues on DashPay
- Coded payments to blockchain user contacts on DashWallet iOS
- Optimize DashJ DMN Performance and added special transactions to the bloom filter on DashWallet Android

Looks like Dash partners are given the time to test v0.14.0 a bit, which means my earlier initial prediction of a launch date of 15th of may 2019
for v0.14.0 (based on code of DIP0008 starting at 15th of may) was in fact wrong. Also there was a bug found recentely that needed fixing.
Only a few v0.14.0 pull requests are now still remaining (https://github.com/dashpay/dash/pulls), so it looks like this will be the final release candidate (as also mentioned above).
After v0.14.0 is released on mainnet, testing will most likely concentrate on v0.14.1 (which will be a smaller update / minor update).

DASH moved closer to 0.02 BTC, before it fell deeply due to bitcoin rises days ago. In fiat pair, DASH has been traded aroudn $153, that means it has risen from the range around $120 to $150, that equals to $30 increase in short period. Furthermore, I believe DASH will keep going up and rally to its latest spike around 0.03 BTC. Sooner or later, DASH will rally to its price range, and when that point hit, DASH might help its investors double their balance. The spring has officially confirmed by bitcoin days ago, that's sweety Spring after long Winter.

A nice girl, and contentful video on DASH in particular and Venezuela in general, on crypto acceptance there. I would be nice to see Venezuela and locals in the nation surpass their current difficulties with DASH deeply convenience and supports for their current tough daily lives.
