It is high time to introduce you to the members of DataXchain team who have put a lot of effort into its development and still continue working on it. Today we would like to present to your attentio Mr. Yong Chang Baek who is the Chief Executive Officer of the company ToBeLet, engaged in the development of DataXchain project.

Mr. Yong Chang Baek was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ToBeLet in June 2018. Before that, he served as a Managing Director in Dinnoplu and was responsible for the sales and marketing of the Internet of things and solutions in the field of cloud and peripheral computing . Previously, he managed sales and marketing of IT projects in foreign markets such as Vietnam and Thailand.

Between 2000 and 2010 Mr. Yong Chang Baek served as managing Director of KT. His main objectives were the development of new business models and incubators for intelligent data services, the planning of network and technology strategies, and the implementation of technical R&C sales in the international market.

Over the past five years, as Vice President of KT, Mr. Yong Chang Baek managed the digital library and e-book business, as well as local telephone customer service operations.

Service Layer composed of Decision-Support Engine (DSE) and Data Enrichment Engine (DEE) while Infrastructure Layer has DataXchain FABRIC and
DataXchain File System...it's tough to understand because of the term is very technical!..but I'll assure you, there's nothing to worry!..this is for our own benefit for sure!..just trust dataxchain!

Raw data will be labeled by the Data Owner during the initial upload, thus allowing the Data Owner to grant a reasonable value for My Data. The additional development of "X-Labeler " will enable intelligent labeling.
