All I can say this is another Good project!!DCORP is autonomous, decentralized and democratic.

Thanks for the kind words! The signature campaign is paid for in BTC, in advance. The crowdsale contract acts as the escrow for the 51% of the raised Eth, which is withdrawn to the DCORP contract by means of a voting process among token holders. After which the Eth will be used to fund projects by means of a proposal -> token holder vote. The remaining 49% of the raised Eth is withdrawn into a multisig account that is under the control of the team, this is meant to fund the development of DCORP and the Derivatives Exchange. Each team member is listed on the website, whitepaper and in this ANN with name and contact information. Our team also includes two lawyers, please don't hesitate to contact any one of us.

Very good to know I just want to know another thing about the project whether you are going to provide any dividends for the investors who hold DRP coins. May it will another boost up for the investors because it makes more attractable for investors.

DRP offers the prospect of growth and/or dividend which can increase it's value independently from Ether. Token holders will be able to vote on the destination of generated Eth (the profits). Anyone can propose to payout dividends at any time, the proposal will be subjected to a vote among the token holders. Please see the sections 'Profit' and 'ETH > Dividend' in the whitepaper.

What puts some small investors at back steps is uncertainty of minimum fund target which is not here big issue. It is providing good opportunity for angel day investors to grab 650/Eth. It is must to grab offer which puts you on front foot comparing the last week token offers for same price. I am fully ready let the ICO start on June 1.

Already they are running the signature campaign and they have already announced it. But for me, this project looks amazing will be one of the investors in it. There are many possibilities that Dcorp price can be easily varied when they listed on the market.

It's Exscudo, not Excudo. They have an ICO right now:

But I think DCORP wants to achieve something different, Exscudo is more of a traditional Exchange whereas DCORP is a DAO?

Thanks for the update - Indeed DCORP is trying to achieve something different. As far as I can tell Exscudo aims to be a aggregation and user friendly exchange platform. You could see DCORP as DAO - or maybe a DAVCF (Decentralized Autonomous VC Firm) ;-) with as a first seed project to build a Derivatives Exchange. I don't see this in Coindash or Exscudo.
