The Venture Capital webpage looks nice and clean. Hope to see some good ideas to vote there, as well some success with them later.

Wit the launch of the public-beta adding ideas and proposals will be also possible or that will happen only after the beta?

Some like the mother, other like the daughter.

Ask yourself, why is the token still trading under 1usd.
Are we all extremely happy about everything right now or is it time to start listening to the community about with is great and what is not so great? Just wondering.

Actually, after the voting on token release and contract transfer, the control of the project other than the derivative exchange should be handed over to the community.

As said before, I still welcome subcommunities, like expert groups, working on their very own project idea in a closed working group, to come up with an idea and a software frontend solutions to our all benefit. In order to encourage expert groups to get started there must be some sort of a bounty or reward strategy.

Otherwise, I am afraid it will be difficult to gather the community as a whole around some initiatives. The voting on the release of the token sort of proved that. Not more the around 10% of the voting power participated.

I know you feel this way because you haven't met our community on telegram yet Smiley. That's why we keep repeating "join telegram".

This is already possible. If you have an idea, you can share it with us if you like through our VC platform.

Dear Dcorpeans,
Today i got the opportunity to meet our team for the first time. We went to the ICO event in Amsterdam and gathered a lot of information which will be beneficial both short- and long-term.

I'm pleased to announce that the steps our team took as a precaution until now (2 token solution and KYC) were necessary. We have spoken with Lars van de Ven. He's from the 'Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets'. This is his Linkedin page: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lars-van-de-ven-8b157025/

We deff. are making the right choices for the future of Dcorp and it's token holders. We saw a few comparable ICO's to Dcorp and they don't even realize the arduousness yet.

I always believed in Dcorp and because of today i think i will do so forever. Each teammember is so well-informed, motivated and interested in Dcorp that i can hardly sustain my feelings. Please don't take this as advice to buy more drp. I'm simply astonished and proud of our team and feel humbled and honored to be a part of. Just wanted to share.

Have a great night and as always ask questions whenever you want, we are here for you.

When will the proposal voting system be tested?

It is the main thing I am concerned about.  The dynamics are different than the original vote due to how things were locked.

Any work on the smart contracts involved that we can review?

Guys i strongly suggest for you to join our telegram. That already exists, the whole purpose of an "idea" is to submit it, get recommendations/suggestions from the community, fine tune your project a bit (no project is perfect at the beginning) and only after that sending it to the next step "proposal". This will give you a better chance of getting your project funded.

Submitting an idea and funding a proposal are two completely different things.   I hope to see a mechanism for proposal fund raising that is easy to use like gofundme or kickstarter.  People who raise money on kickstarter could clearly do it on their own it just puts a huge barrier to funding.

About Telegram..  I might join eventually but am currently boycotting Telegram because only certain people can use it.  You need a phone.  Dcporp, if they are at all competent in terms of customer and investor relations, really should have a secondary 'open to all' mode of communication.   Have someone here answer questions and not just keep repeating 'come to Telegram'.

Seriously.

Telegram is fine for those wanting to join there. However Telegram should not be the only communication channel. Personally, I welcome subgroups working with their own idea little in their own private channel, to come up with the most finetuned idea and solution which in the end will benefit us all.

A microplatform serving as a pre-proposal platform would have been nice to have. Instead of waiting for dev team to make anything like this we could build it from scratch and strap it on the Waves platfor, introducing a token for cintributions on the microplatform (Waves platform charges only a few dollars to create your token in 60 secs). Once created, use them as instrument to raise Dcorp proposal fee. Once raised, the microplatform holds the new microtoken and can start on next project idea. Waves platform also has other nice features, such as crowdfunding support.

If there is enough support for this, I might be willing to put some effort into this myself.

Smartcontract based contributions to funding of a proposal. Contributer buys 1 vote, for say $1.
Etherum based wallet where B & D holds the private key. If proposal fully funded, ordinary proposal
can be made, 1 step further.

If not, the raised funds could go to the common Dcorp wallet we alle have a part in.
Easier than sending fundings back, also fee costly.

I guess the fees would be higher because multiple transactions would be required rather than one.  Ideally the shareholders would decide (like they should be doing with most of the Dcorp decisions).

As long as it doesn't go to the board.  That would be real shady.  They are already taking a huge cut of the proposals whether they succeed or not.

Maybe in the future if a proposal doesn't raise the several hundred bucks to get submitted everyone involved would be notified and given the option of putting it towards a different proposal.

I have suggested alike. We need a way to contribute into a proposal.
In a proposal, open up for a bounty programme, let innovative frontend developers
come up with frontend alternatives.

I think I recall this. It is a great idea and something Dcorp needs. Might be able to do part of it on our own with smart contracts but would rather Dcorp provide this functionality.

If a proposal doesn't get the funding it needs to be submitted it could refund all funds.  If it does it could cut off further funding and move to the next step.

The process would have to be trustless or centralized under trusted hands as we don't want to see people running off with proposal money.

To me, the team seems a bit stuck and confused on the right way forward. Tokenholders
are now the owners and should take control.

Illiki23, find I nice communication channel for invited members
only where we can discuss alternatively!

I feel the banning policy of the team have stopped people from speaking
freely and come up creative ideas to the full benefit for us all.

An expert subteam and a github initiative for a smashing frontend is what
Dcorp needs now. There must be some sort of bounty to kickstart this.

I would propose mandatory open sourcing of the codebase..

But it just costs too much to make proposals.

What we need is a 'proposal funding' section of the Venture Capital board.  Like a gofundme for proposals.  This way if it is popular people people would be paying like a buck or something.

There are a lot of things to join, why not join more exchanges?
Tokenvalue is gained by developing a great product, not by joining a lot of communities.

Binance is an exchange. That's what im trying to do. By making use of what i previously mentioned, we could get our token listed on binance for free.

Why not? Our tokens would be accessible to a larger community.
