Team:  RonPaul2012

Created a RonPaul2012 team due to his ending the Federal Reserve and allowing competition to the US dollar (e.g. like bitcoin) focus.

For people wondering what the formatting issue looks like...
Try again, I tried to fix it.

Better now. On a single line once again but the reward column is now the only column that places the text at the bottom center of the cell where as the other columns have all text centered so almost there  Grin

Mining Teams

So what is the purpose of teams?
Deepbit social networking?
It's not really for anything more than showing what area you represent.
Actually it's not always linked to your area. Teams can represent anything :)

so how do i join a team i created?
When you create a team you are already it it, but your stats will appear at the start of a new hour. I'll partially fix it now.

What are teams?  I see no references on the web site about it.
It's some well-hidden beta-feature to make user competitions possible.

How do you join a team?
Edit: All I could find is https://deepbit.net/teams
That's impressive, it was never mentioned on the site :)

1. Once you create a team, you don't appear to show up as a member of the team you just created
You are already a member, but will appear in the list after some delay.

2. After creating a team, it seems impossible to delete the team
If you are the only single member of this group and you leave it, the group will be deleted.

3. After creating a team (and I'm assuming joining one too), it seems impossible to leave the team
You can't leave the group if you are the only one admin of this group AND there are some other users in it. You either have to kick all users or delegate rights to some other member of your group. Those functions will be added to the interface soon.

Your name will show up eventually... it takes some time between when you create the team and when your name actually shows up.  But once you create a team, there doesn't seem to be a way to disband/leave it.
