I signed up, my account page shows that my generators are working at 550mhash/s and I show shares adding up, but when I look at the stats page I never see my shares listed in the block history and I'm not accumulating any BTC. What's going on?
Block history is delayed by one hour. Balance is updated once per hour.

Anyone here a regular on OCN (Overclock.net), my god they won't even let you talk about bitcoin on there forums. I just pissed a moderator off big time just asking why?

I'm new to this bitcoin deal. I've got DiabloMiner running on Mac, and I'm connected into DeepBit, but my account still says Worker not connected.
Diablo shows I'm pulling 2200~ Khash though... so, not sure what's going down. Any ideas?

poolrate just dropped to 1900Gh/s, someone must have removed a lot of hashingpower in seconds.

Yeah Tycho i know. But apparently mtgox doesnt accept less than 1 btc, but isnt there any way to get The 0.91 to my mtgox account.
I do it all the time, when you go to add funds, tell it you're going to add 1 BTC, but then only send in your .91 to the address it gives, it works.

So I joined your pool and started mining. My only question at this point is, lets say I let this run over night, what's the next step? I've heard people talking about having Bitcoin Wallets. where is this currency stored and how do I access it/transfer it?
You need to download the bitcoin client from http://bitcoin.orgStart it, let it download the entire blockchain (may take some CPU and network resources, you'll see block count rolling at the bottom of the window).
It will automatically generate a new address every time, but you can use just one of those addresses any number of times.
Copy it from the client to your account settings then wait for autopayment or press the "Instant Payment" button at payments page.
The transaction may take some time and will not be shown in your client unless you have all blocks downloaded.

If you take the time to read more than one little article you will find that the person who controls more than 50% has to be ONE user! Not a pool.
The way pools are currently structured, miners pretty much give their results to the pool which can do anything it wants with them. IOW, it is like Tycho was generating all those blocks himself, so all the hashing power from the pool is at his disposal to do with as he pleases.(Also, you may want to try understanding what you're talking about before spreading such nonsense.)

What is worth all these doomsdayers coming in here preaching? I see a lot of conjecture flying around but that is all. Why dont one of you doomsdayers show some proof substantiating your preachings?

Before you go and make fools of yourselves take the time to do a little research.

If the average shares per block is higher than difficulty does that mean we are unlucky or does that mean we are lucky. Sorry very new to this so not sure.

Do you use Windows Sidebar Gadget ?
If the 0.02 payment was sent by you at the site, have you seen the help page that is shown after pressing the payment button ?
UPD: Your screenshot shows that you don't have the entire blockchain downloaded in your client.
You should wait for the number in the status bar to be over 129428 (the block in the table at your link).
