I getting this problem also. I tried a few times.
Did you check your SPAM folder?
I have two deepbit accounts. The new security solution worked fine for the first. Not working at all for the second. Tried with firefox and internet explorer, emptied cache, clicked on confirm  link from e-mail client and tried to paste it to the address field in the browser, the adress to which funds are to be sent is still blank. Probably just a minor flaw in the code that Tycho made.
I just added some bugfix, try once more please.

It worked for me now. Clicking the link in the email now adds my bitcoin address.

Tycho, I've already PM'ed you with a similar situation. Please response when you get a chance.
Already answered.

Would you mind getting to mine then?  I'd love to be "allowed" to get to my 35 BTC

Firstbits.com/1fg4i :)
Great job reacting to the issue! (though people paranoid about Ty being dishonest and taking over the world if Deepbit is allowed to stay over 50% could think this thing was actually staged in order to boost public confidence and get over the big fifity more easilly..)

I'm trying to answer to everyone, it's not easy, sorry :)
Usually there are two problems:
1) the message ends up in gmail's spam folder.
2) some Ukrainian mail servers use greylisting or do not accept our messages.

Another thing that came to mind,
since logout is not implemented to site (at least easily)
then if someone left the pc without performing logout and someone else get inside...
you understand, no hacking is needed Wink

Tycho, very good decision to give the stolen BTCs to the victims!
another good decision is the email confirmation for changing the wallet address
and a future one will be to implement https like mtgox Wink
well done mate, that is why your pool is the best Wink

Please consider enabling TLS for the login/registration page. This would be a nice increase in security. Enabling HTTPS will help to prevent (but not completely stop) others from "sniffing" traffic. At least the login credentials would not be in clear text. As a network security admin I can tell you it is trivial to capture packets on a local network. Some people may not have the ability to be on a private network when logging into their account. If you sign in using a school network, the network at your place of work, or from the local coffee shop you could be exposing information that can be used to gain access to your account. I can only think of good reasons to enable TLS and only bad ones for not.

Cheers.
