Have the withdrawal suspensions on Chinese exchanges been lifted? EDIT: my error here The end of The Month of Withdrawal Suspensions doesn't end for a week. So, still future tense.

EDIT: And the drama with Btc's unconfirmed transactions just ain't goin' away -- touching on 60K at this second. With the advance of DASH, and Ether's good present situation, Bitcoin's crown is sittin' a lil crooked!
