Some time ago I took part in a dispute about feasibility of decentralized autonomous organizations/corporations. Is there a really working DAO/DAC somewhere? Autonomous is the key word here.

Ethereum is not a DAC. It's a platform for DACs.
I don't think one exists.
You could probably do a simple one to do basic things (payments on a savings account?). But to be truly autonomous, it would need to be intelligent right? So AI/Machine learning need to be built (Skynet)

, and after 1 week a fork and a lot of another sidechains work more better then 'ethereum'. I can suggest you to check oraclize (work on the bitcoin blockchain). Link : https://oraclized:[email protected] (Still in beta). The first DAC is Bitcoin itself. There's plenty and BIP32 technology which include multi-sign is making funds management way better.
