This is fine definition what trolling is: Being a prick on the internet because you can. Typically unleashing one or more cynical or sarcastic remarks on an innocent by-stander, because it's the internet and, hey, you can. Nuff said.
Actually feel like changing my definition a bit

Someone like this is a troll, I pulled a BCB and sent him a tracking pixel (disclaimer; I didn't), turned out he didn't have an IP as he was on the Bridge Hidden Sewer Network.
