I do all the cooking at home and i do it pretty well i think. I'm bored with all my current dishes and looking to try a new dish anyone have anything good like a family recipe or favorite?

I love spicy food i also love recipes involving tomatoes or tomato sauce if that helps.
Thanks

Sure I have!!! Smiley

have a look at those :

-15 Minutes time
-Two eggs
-TableSpoon on flour
-Two tablespoons of milk
-Pinch of salt
-Jam / marmalade
-Frying pan + butter (for frying)

Seperate white part of egg from a yellow one Cheesy hehe - mix up glair (white part of an egg) to make a spume
add yolk and mix with flour and milk and salt all togehter again.

Pour it onto a Frying pan and after few minutes turn around - wait another few (~5min) and EAT IT ! Smiley with marmalade on it! Smiley

This is really great!

This looks so delicious, I with to eat it someday Sad

Sweet and sour pork is a Chinese dish that is particularly popular in westernised Cantonese cuisine and may be found all over the world. Several provinces in China produce various dishes that claim to be the ancestor including a traditional Jiangsu dish called Pork in a sugar and vinegar sauce. The dish consists of deep fried pork in bite sized pieces, and subsequently stir-fried in a more customized version of sweet and sour sauce made of sugar, ketchup, white vinegar, and soy sauce, and additional ingredients including pineapple, green pepper (capsicum), and onion. In more elaborate preparations, the dish's tartness is controlled by requiring that Chinese white rice vinegar be used sparingly and using ketchups with less vinegary tastes, while some restaurants use unripe kiwifruits and HP sauce in place of vinegar.

Curry rice is delicious and very simple to make Smiley
Cook rice, any kind you want. When done, add a generous amount of coconut milk, curry power, and any vegetable/tofu/bean/meat you want. Adding a tomato or tomato sauce also adds a good flavour. And if you like spicy food, feel free to add hot pepper or tabasco sauce.
