They for sure will not blacklist and will activate. The only reason they blacklist the phone is if the original phone is still activated at the time the new one is activated. But i have the orignal phones and they are completely broken and not activated, nor can they be fixed and activated. Once I use the serial, the phone goes in the dumpster. They are not expecting the old one back, I am not stealing someone elses phone or anything, Apple is simply replacing the broken phone, and im having them ship it to you instead of me.

Leave alone moral issues

He will Social Engineer "somebody" to ship an iPhone directly to YOUR address. Guess what happens, when they find out it did not suppose to ship there?
