The only bottom line of it why people become a gambler, it is simply because of Greediness nothing else. For thinking that He/She win the games whether, poker, casino, and betting once it become greed into it that's the beginning of there addiction in the games.

although greediness can also be a factor of becoming addicted in gambling but i think the main reason is frustration and hopelessness. when people disappointed from getting job, and then people spend more time in poverty, then they become frustrated and they start finding other ways of making quick money. and as gambling is looking good way of making quick money, therefore they start playing gambling and become addicted.

Well, though i strongly believe that gambling is too risky but still i feel that someone with a quite high capital can turn his loses into wins if they know the right strategy for doing that. Because if you have a big capital then you can start playing with low chances of losing bets and if you lose you will still have a back up as you have not played with all your capital and you can still recover what is gone, but still, gamble with what you can afford to lose.

That's the reason all casinos are making billions for profits every year, and most of the gamblers are losing money every day. These gamblers want fast and easy money, and they don't want to go for working hard, so they end up in gambling. But think gambling is just for fun, and one should gamble with a small amount and not every day. If they are lucky then sometimes they will earn big but shouldn't gamble to make big amounts.

I kind of agree with you that's why i think they key to gambling is to be intelligent and to know restraint. Its proven that you're more likely to lose than to win as you go on gambling in the long term and i think we just have to know when to maximize those times that we win by knowing when to have enough. Gambling is an enjoyable activity and sometimes the problem is we get too distracted while enjoying that we lose track of our monetary wins and losses

Its a form of entertainment, until you got hooked to it. Some may find it amusing, but most I think is not getting the entertainment they expected when first trying to gamble. Owners and investors too, they also gamble.

Good for you that you are prepared to lose your money after you gamble. Even though you still hope for some profit it doesn't matter if it is going to happen or not. I am a bit different from you. I spend my money on buying some in-game items on video games or purchasing that specific game just to play it. We can't find it to other things the excitement it brings.
