Yes there is a way to kill greed / greediness if you are a gambler and you are having hard time to fight against it. Better to experience to have nothing so that you can value what you had. And if you realize that you do have a lot of things and contentment is already on you. That will make you satisfy and will kill greed a little by little.

it's not just the profit that makes me happy it's also the people that I get to know when i'm playing .
There is no accurate reason for this, some says its because of fun, some it's because of greed... But for me, it is our love for money that keeps us in betting places...
First of all, why would you gamble if it is just for fun? You could feel euphoria on other things too, excitement? well you feel excitement but what excites you is not the result of your bet, but when you win, and if you lose, you'll try again since it is not what you want, you want to win, nothing else...

Because we want money. Nothing else. The more we look at gambling as an opportunity to earn, then the more we will come back to it to re try. Besides, the gambling advertisements are so much exaggerated so everyone would think that you could easily win such amount.

True, this was how I started in gambling, I only said it's for entertainment when I am bored. Then I realized that I was gambling in the $100s already and that was way out of my league at the time. - expecting to recover your loss, payback, beat the house.
- hoping for profits in another day
- maybe I luck this time
- I have plenty of money, lose isn't a problem

Though people lose a lot while. Well I think obe reason can be human nature which is greed.
Second after losing few times many people(sometimes me ) invest again so that they can earn back their lost money which isn't good at all.

Because gambling is all about fun and people for fun do not care that they lose their money. They come to gamble for fun and their they spend their money for that entertainment just like they do at other places of entertainment.
It is not really all about fun but it is all about the profit that people can get if they are going to gamble. And that was already an addiction even we are going to keep on losing we are just enduring it and keep on believing that we will win bigger amount and we are able to recover all the losses that we made by just a single blow of win.
