if you mine with 10gh/s the effective price for one xvp is 1020sat.. i really wonder, why some people still selling for a cheap price like it is atm...
That's right. Miners will have no profits if they are selling xvp coins under 1100 sats and even it's about 1200sats you see the diff are rising higher yesterday and so on . I just buy and hold xvp coins for staking at this time and I'm sure XVP price will be much higher than the present price after the swap .
I thinks the biggest problem for the lower price is because of the mining reward per block is too high.
So there is very high volume of new coins created per day, but very little demand for daily trading on exchange...soon the miner will continue to dump high amount of new coins on the exchanges, and the price will get lower and lower everyday. So this is not very good for longtime VTA investors who trade their VTA coins to XVP.
So i highly suggest for the Devs to adjust the mining reward per block to "5 XVP/Coins per block", just like ethereum.
I thinks ethereum mining reward per block also around 5 coins or maybe less...Lowering the mining reward to 5 XVP per block will help stabilize the price from continue going down, and hopefully will help raise the price to reach at least $1 per coin in the next few years....just a thought
