Dear Bitfortune.io,
I just found you on this forum site. ...
Hi toyosuko.
Congrats with such a
big win (over 4 BTC) in one of our most popular games Aztec Magic!
Replying to your post, we want to make these statements:
- We may have some issues with our frontend, there may be this little lag you've described. Our software engineers are looking into it, inspecting carefully our subsystem, that updates state in the browser. Currently we advise all our players to refresh the web page if you see this behaviour.
- We can't, as you say, update your wagering requirement in real time, because our software system simply can't do so. All the details about out wagering requirements our players can find on our FAQ page, and our software simply follows strictly these rules.
- We have a limit on maximum bet amount, that contributes to a wagering requirement completion, it's 0.015 BTC. If you make a 0.05 BTC bet, then only 0.015 BTC go into your wagering total. That's a common practice among many bitcoin online casinos.
- Currently all the machinery, that deals with wagering works using delayed jobs. That's why under heavy load there may be a little lag in updates to wagering amounts. But that definitely cannot be 10 BTC at once.
- That's why your bets contributed to your total wagering amount only partially. This is exactly what you've mentioned above. We'll look into all the details and send you an email with more details.
Dear Bitfortune.io,
I do understand you want this discussion elsewhere but I found you here and you advertise here so I need to clarify things to users of this site:
1. I read the terms in your FAQ once I started play. No mention of 0.015BTC max counted amount per bet when I started play. This has been added afterwards. But even so lets pretend it was not and I was unaware of this still:
2. The meter stopped for a lengthy period. Then it jumped on at least two occasions, one from 7btc to 16btc and one from 12btc to 17btc. Now suppose this was programmed to remove 30-15=15mb per spin on discrete occasions, then after playing 1200 spins which means 30x1200=36,000mb=36BTC it should have removed 18BTC giving me total wager of 18BTC (half since I played 30mb/spin and only 15mb counted) which would have given my remaining wager 30BTC (from 40xbonus=40x750=30BTC) - 18BTC= 12BTC. However now it is at 17,589mb=17.6BTC. So "magically" 5.6BTC has been added to the wager, which would mean if it is not outright FRAUD and SCAM, that someone that can not count added this by hand or that somone that can not program computers has made your software.
3. Now you say that you have emailed me on the issue, which is a 100% lie since I have not even entered an email address.
4. I also see now that others have had the same problems. Would be interesting to see whattheir bets per spin was.
To TheGamblingDude: What was your bet per spin?
