Our users can have multiple accounts, that's not forbidden by our rules.
According to our rules -- you get bonus money on your deposit, and wagering requirement must be completed before you can withdraw any funds from your account.
We don't have such a rule, but please note, that if you make a 0.025 BTC bet while wagering only 0.015 BTC contributes to your wagered amount.

The fact that you didn't win anything with your 10 freespins just says that you had no luck that day  Smiley.

Let say that i already win like 1 btc but my wagering still around 0.5 btc, so that i can only make 0.5 withdrawal? Or i need to wagered 1 btc to get my withdrawal? So if my wagered > my amount i can withdraw it whenever i want? Anyway what is minimum requirement for basebet? So later we dont have to face some problems in the future on your site

Dear Bitfortune.io,

I just found you on this forum site. ...

Hi toyosuko.

Congrats with such a big win (over 4 BTC) in one of our most popular games Aztec Magic!

Replying to your post, we want to make these statements:
- We may have some issues with our frontend, there may be this little lag you've described. Our software engineers are looking into it, inspecting carefully our subsystem, that updates state in the browser. Currently we advise all our players to refresh the web page if you see this behaviour.
- We can't, as you say, update your wagering requirement in real time, because our software system simply can't do so. All the details about out wagering requirements our players can find on our FAQ page, and our software simply follows strictly these rules.
- We have a limit on maximum bet amount, that contributes to a wagering requirement completion, it's 0.015 BTC. If you make a 0.05 BTC bet, then only 0.015 BTC go into your wagering total. That's a common practice among many bitcoin online casinos.
- Currently all the machinery, that deals with wagering works using delayed jobs. That's why under heavy load there may be a little lag in updates to wagering amounts. But that definitely cannot be 10 BTC at once.
- That's why your bets contributed to your total wagering amount only partially. This is exactly what you've mentioned above. We'll look into all the details and send you an email with more details.

Dear Bitfortune.io,

I do understand you want this discussion elsewhere but I found you here and you advertise here so I need to clarify things to users of this site:
1. I read the terms in your FAQ once I started play. No mention of 0.015BTC max counted amount per bet when I started play. This has been added afterwards. But even so lets pretend it was not and I was unaware of this still:
2. The meter stopped for a lengthy period. Then it jumped on at least two occasions, one from 7btc to 16btc and one from 12btc to 17btc. Now suppose this was programmed to remove 30-15=15mb per spin on discrete occasions, then after playing 1200 spins which means 30x1200=36,000mb=36BTC it should have removed 18BTC giving me total wager of 18BTC (half since I played 30mb/spin and only 15mb counted) which would have given my remaining wager 30BTC (from 40xbonus=40x750=30BTC) - 18BTC= 12BTC. However now it is at 17,589mb=17.6BTC. So "magically" 5.6BTC has been added to the wager, which would mean if it is not outright FRAUD and SCAM, that someone that can not count added this by hand or that somone that can not program computers has made your software.
3. Now you say that you have emailed me on the issue, which is a 100% lie since I have not even entered an email address.
4. I also see now that others have had the same problems. Would be interesting to see whattheir bets per spin was.

To TheGamblingDude: What was your bet per spin?

My negative review disappeared, so I try to post again. Or are you censoring here?

The same shit happened to me as to poster toyosoku. I was playing my first (150%) bonus on a SoftSwiss slot machine and was doing quite well. But every time I had about 9 BTC left to wager (until bonus was cleared) the meter jumped up to over 11 BTC. This happened at least 3 times, then I got so frustrated I had to take a break. It actually seemed like some one in the staff (maybe the owner) was manually turning back the meter. What a drag!

I doubt this site will last long if they don't stop these bush league moves to rip off  their rather small pool of players. New sites are usually not crooked, instead they try to build a good reputation. Sadly bitfortune.io doesn't seem to be one of them. Unless I get a satisfying explanation how a thing like this could happen (I still hope it's a bug in the system, even though it's unlikely), an excuse, and a payout of my winnings and bonus (which I believe already had met the wagering requierments if it wasn't for the bonus meter manipulations).

If I haven't received a response within 24 hrs I will of course contact SoftSwiss (the casino software provider). My acount name at bitfortune.io is "onamgata"

Hi TheGamblingDude, it looks like you have the same issue as our player toyosuko. But it's very strange that you had this lag too, because it's very unlikely. We are inspecting all your game playing history and we'll contact you directly and provide more details about the issue and its cause.

Thanks for your post. You can confidently reach our support team, usually it responds faster.

P.S. We are not admins on this forum to be able to remove posts of other users  Smiley.

Maybe it's semantics, but it wasn't lagging, like a delay, which I would have tolerated. I understand that new sites can have minor technical issues in the beginning (or it could of course be lagging because of me having computer problems). But what I found really annoying was that my wager requierements suddenly increased by a couple of BTC while I was looking at it, and it happened several times in the same way, like someone was repeatedly pulling a control or pushing a button.
Except this I have no complaints about the site. Solve this, set my wagering correctly and I will unpost this bad review. I might even give bitfortune.io another chance, and if the bonus meter is working correctly I might even recommend the site.

What is your policy on multiple accounts creation with this current system it is easy to lose account if we forget to claim account?
You said that only wagers made with bonus money count towards wagering requirement so that means that we bet bonus money first and if we lose bonus amount our initial deposit will be available for withdrawal?
Do you have unfair rule that funds can be confiscated if user bet more than 25mB per spin while bonus is active?

They credited my account with ten free spins which I lost without winning anything to continue playing.

Can you answer this question?

Sure, I was unlucky.  That's not problem, that was just to confirm that I got them.

Dear Bitfortune.io,

I just found you on this forum site. ....

Dear toyosuko,

Currently, your account has been temporarily blocked for the time of the investigation. Such a post with insubstantial accusations hurts our company's image, and our reputation is the most valuable for us. We encourage all our players to contact our support team in case of a problem and it will help you gladly with anything.

seriously, now you just block his account like that and accuse him of hurting your companie's image?
while it is best to contact the onsite support for help first,it is not unheard of to post on bitcointalk topics if you have an issue
for example there is a very popular site that will not be named Smiley it is great and trusted and all,but if there is an issue
and you send a support ticket and there is no response for hours and hours
many players post in their topic to attract the admin or support stuff's attention
hope the issue is resolved, because nothing will hurt your companie's image more than a first day scam accusation

-----------SCAM WARNING----------

Dear Bitfortune.io,

I just found you on this forum site. Went in deposited 500mb and got your bonusof 150%, i.e. 750mb so started with 1250mb and with your wager requirement of 40x need towager 40x750mb=30,000mb. Now of shear luck I looked around and found that you had a counter for this when pressing the withdraw tab.

After deposit I get message 50 freespins on Aztec Magic which gives me 4.5mb extra so 30,000+4.5*40~30,200 mb to wager. So I continue with Aztec Magic at 30mb/spin so it is more or less 1000 spin which is nice since Aztec Magic offers 1000 with autospin. Put autospin on 1000 and now comes the SCAM:

1. Aztec Magic does not show which spin you are at so from time to time I opened withdraw to see. First all looked fine, it even counted down while the game was running and did count down 30mb/spin as it should. Then all of a sudden I opened and it had stopped counting at 12,xxx mb, so I had it open for a while and thought it was just an update glitch but then it started counting again all of a sudden now exactly from 12,xxx mb where it was stuck. If it should be correct and it was an update glitch it should be a couple of thousands mb lower. Ok so whatever I think it might be a glitch so I let it run. So after 1000 spins, i.e. 30,000mb wager counter shows I have 9,xxx mb left to wager. It should be ~200mb. At this time I have around 4,900mb in account. Now a reader might think ok, so there was a glitch or you did not count the spins correctly. Fine that is what I think as well.

Now over to the real SCAM:
2. So I think what the hell I run 300 more spins towager the 9,xxxmb and put autospin on 250. Then I open the withdraw tab to see that it is counting all the time. So now the real SCAM. The counter moves going down to 7,xxx mb then all of sudden it jumps to 16,xxx mb which most probably means someone raised it by hand. Now I think this is just crazy but I letit run to finish the 250 spins. When it comes down to 12,xxx mb again it suddenly makes a new "magic" jump up to 17,xxx mb, which made me understand Bitfortune.io will never let me cash my winnings, they will just raise the wager during gameplay until I am dead. This is the worst kind of conduct I have ever seen from a casino. Clearly nota coincidence, twotimes in a row.

So I have now wagered more than 36,000 mb and should really ask for my winnings which was 4,900 mb at the end of the real wager requirement according to terms. I stopped now at:
Your balance is mBTC 3550.73
You have to wager mBTC 17589.2 before you can withdraw!

because you were "magically" stopping and jumping the wager several times during gameplay, which is FRAUD and SCAM.

I signed up here with same nick as I was autogiven on your site;
toyosuko

Please open up withdrawal and give me back the 1.4BTC I lost during extra wager and let me withdraw 4.9 BTC.

Can you give me a screenshot where the check box is located on the site? I'm opening the site now on my mobile phone but I cant see any check boxes about free spins. Or do you mean the check box is the one under the deposit menu which is mean that we need to deposit to get the free spins?

Thanks mate, unluckily the check box for the freespins is not shown in mobile browser. Good to see this promo as a starting promo from the new launch. Even though it will be so hard to win something from freespins but at least new players can try it for free.

Hi, RHavar. First of all we have password protection, so any user can use strong password and be safe. Yes, of course, we know the issue about HTTP referer, and we use our own special URL for stripping HTTP referer for all external links on the main page. On the other pages (Support, FAQ, Bitcoin info, etc.) we don't use token in the URL, so you can safely click on any links, like https://www.netnanny.com/

Thank you, for your feedback and suggestions.

Cool, it's good to hear you guys take this stuff seriously. Although, it's generally regarded as a security issue itself to have an open redirector like that. For instance, I can create the URL:

https://bitfortune.io/noreferer/?url=https://bitfortunemalicioussite.com

(of course, obscuring it a little)  which makes for a great phishing URL amongst other things. Instead setting a referrer policy of "same-origin" is probably a much more robust way of stopping leaking referrers headers. It has the added benefit if you add more links or external resources in the future, you don't need to worry about accidentally leaking

Also another thing is that your popups and stuff actually clear the #hashfragment part, which is where you include the warning about not sharing the URL. i.e. if someone plays a game, or goes to their account settings, the secret is still in the URL but the warning is not. It'd probably be better if you appended, rather than replacing it

interesting sites, i visit on your site and i see there is many games that we can play. is there any faucet that we can use to get free satoshi? because i think, many of us will like to get free satoshi including me Grin

by the way, why if i visit on your site, the link is like this https://bitfortune.io/1772a033c8f06b4690320df2394a46ff8593a6380dc1eb065d/#DO_NOT_SHARE

i make refresh and still have same experience, its the same too if i open with another browser.

Every registered user gets her personal unique url, which can be used to access the account later.
This url MUST NOT be shared, (as it says explicitly)!
We've deleted your account entirely because of our security policy.

Please, create a new account and keep your personal url in secret! #DO_NOT_SHARE it!

BTW, this is a horrible idea from a security perspective. Not only do people leak their secrets accidentally via screenshots and what not, it also leaks via the referer header to all external things. (e.g. I just tested and the referer header gets sent to netnanny when you click that link). You could look into https://www.w3.org/TR/referrer-policy/ to avoid that leak, but if you're going to use storing secrets in a URL, you're better off doing it like this

bitfortune.io/#1772a033c8f06b4690320df2394a46ff8593a6380dc1eb065d#DO_NOT_SHARE_THIS_URL_OR_YOUR_ACCOUNT_WILL_BE_HACKED
