App it is focus for pilots but anybody could use itVery, very interesting idea OP. I have to warn though that the current aviation industry is highly structured and therefore highly centralized. I hope the project has entered into much research and discussion with IATA for example before even launching (I only skimmed the website but did not find this information).
If forced to be transparent, we can see a lot of improvements. As customers we know:
1. Flight times and experiences of crew
2. Maintenance of aircraft records
3. Even delays and passenger capacities
