I get the same error I think my wallet.dat file got messed up since I ran -rescan -salvagewallet.. fuck is there anyway to recover coins from a .dat file and move it into another address

They couldnt pay you out in Shibe, blockchain has been stuck..So they buy shibe on the exchanges, they cant move it to their wallet to distribute.
Give them a little time to get caught up.
