Actually your website looking quite impressive one,but I had not played in this one.Because I had a habit of using the old website for the trust issue.Because their may be the chance of losing some money,by making some few plays.Instead I will look the feedback of website over two months and then use that website for the safety.

You can try this site by deposit at least the minimum and get the deposit bonus, I'm sure that money is not that big so you can try the feature of this site. I can tell that its really interesting to try this new site, though I'm also waiting for other good reviews but I think I can't wait any longer for that since the bonus might end soon. Well, this is the safest way to monitor the site, its ok to give at least a month and wait for the other reviews, I might give my personal experience here as well. So far, so good.

I think it is very common practice in sportsbook when they put some pictures of sports player in the website. You can see other similar things in this forum where some sportsbook post images of specific match or specific sports promotion and they add the pictures of players or even logo of the team. I'm not sure what is the regulation but I do not think it is a problem.

It is really a common practice but if the picture is copyrighted by other people and yas.bet used it without any consent from the owner then there will be a possible legal conflict in this kind of situation.  This might cost Yas.bet a sum of money if the owner of the picture demanded to be compensated since it was used for marketing stuff.  But if the owner of the banner is the sportsbook Yas.bet has a partnership with, I don't think there will be any issue using that banner.
They wont be sued out nor face out legal actions if they would just simply make out some approach or dealing if ever they would really be putting up some image of someone into their banner.

I dont know about legal aspect or set-up with this one speaking with images on banners but its true that someone could really sue out if ever they do find out inappropriate or doesnt have any  consent.

Speaking about being a standard thing for casinos on having those banners then it is indeed normal for most of these platforms just to make it appealing or look cool
and relevant on what you are offering.

I like to try this site, it does not require a KYC, so it's good for me.

Just a quick question, I'm not reading the full terms yet, so anyone explain to me what are the terms in order to withdraw the welcome bonus?

If I should ask you does it mean that any platform or any website of gambling or casino that does not required kyc verification is a good gambling websites. Some sites cannot required a kyc verification but when you go into it he's noticed that the site is not good for partner with your other work with once inside also come require a kyc also still have an issue so all these is bones on the reputation of the particular site you cannot judge any of them because of verification and the no verification

You need to deposit through Bank API to get this bonus. You have only 3 days to complete the x5 wagering requirements before it forfeits. This offer is very good but connecting bank just to deposit on a casino is very risky especially in my country which your account might be disabled if they saw a transaction to a gambling casino. Make sureto check your bank policy regarding oline casino transaction before you claim this bonus.

I think many sportsbooks promote top players without official partner agreements, but I don't know if top player "illegal" advertiser regulations are allowed to increase the reputation of gambling platforms, only top gambling platforms can achieve official contract opportunities with top sports teams and place advertisements on jerseys or sportswear, so it would be legal to promote on gambling platform.

I've always seen in every sportsbook some images of players, I also don't know if each one of this sites has an official agreement with them, but I guess no. I think that an image of a player allows user to feel more

comfortable about his game experience, that's why many sites insert an image of players (Cr7 and Messi is the most common used). So I consider it as a "grey area" where it is really difficult to say if it is illegal or not to

publish an image of a player on a bet site.

so, as I can see Sergio Ramos in the picture, are you branding him?, If Sergio Ramos as a brand, it is better to put that picture on the front site.

No I dont think so, it is just a picture of marketing for their promotion. There is also an image of Virgil Van Dijk for the other promotion. If there is a partnership deal between Yas.bet and these players, there must be an official announcement or at least a special page in the website to inform about the partnership.
that's good, but if Ramos sees this, I think Yasbet will get a problem if using his picture without permission, they will have a problem with copyright, it is better to clarify how they take the picture and deal with it Ramos.

YASBET also must not ignore any issue about his site, they must act to clarify any post. Like his post above, they were only answering a question that the other member has answered above and ignored several of my questions.

If the Yes.bet could use the player's pictures for marketing purposes, then there is some form of cooperation between the player and the casino, since the casino knows the implications of using an authorized image of a player.

BAD ODOR IS COMING TO MY NOSE..
THE PICTURE WAS UPLOADED WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF SERGİO RAMOS Smiley
 STAY AWAY GUYS

I don't find anything wrong as long as the picture is taken by Yas.bet, the banner is created by Yas.bet, and copyrighted by Yas.bet or the picture is posted on a public domain then,  they can use the picture freely.  It would be another story if yas.bet doesn't own the picture and it is copyrighted by others though.

I noticed it too, although a lot of services and other casinos do this for their promotional material. This may be wrong or illegal because the players' persona are being used to gain money and promote a service without their consent, but this has become a common practice in the gambling industry.

I am not, in any way, defending the actions of this platform regarding their promotional materials but IMO, this does not mean that they are already a scam site.

I even saw Ronaldo banner there when he was at Juventus, somehow they dare to put up some banners that are not part of the sponsor
I also checked for invalid licenses when you click on the license logo it will be redirected to the curacao page registered with a different domain www.yasvip-99w.click - THIS URL IS NOT VERIFIED.  whether it's a domain error or it's in the process of being submitted we don't know.

I got a message inbox in the Arabic language which I don't understand the meaning of, so if yasbet wants to promote something in PM, better to use the global language that will be understood when the user is interested.
