I mean that not every investor who enters a project with a large sum will want to announce his personality. With large amounts, some structures may have questions. I'm not a paranoid, but sooner or later it will be
If a person has large amounts of money, then he should give adequate answers to these questions. This project is legal and focuses on the same investors I think.

A lot of reasons. For example, a ban on participation in ICO in certain countries.
As you can be seen from the developer's answer, I was right  Wink

@Besser99
Thanks for clarifying!

A good list. Many of these websites I personally use, extremely convenient and informative.

Yes, one thing experts - they can be anonymous, although they have a rating, etc. Another thing is the investors themselves, what's the point of them being completely anonymous?

These times are in the past. Now, only serious projects are on the agenda. The times of hype and excitement ended.
These times will be in the past definitive when this project begins to work.
If the road map is correct, then in two quarters the system will solve these problems.
The platform will independently audit the project during this time?

As I understand it, the project will provide documentation and reporting at each stage of the roadmap to investors and investors will decide whether to finance the next stage by voting or not.

In white paper it is written that the startup has the possibility of postponing the execution of work. For each postponement of the roadmap phase, a 2% fee is charged from the startup of the total amount of all received funds of the corresponding stage. Where do these 2% go?

This 2% goes to the DES platform.

In this case, all participants can track the transactions of each of them? I do not think that this will suit all investors, most of them will want to remain anonymous
This is not about transactions. They will of course be anonymous. But investors should vote on those projects in which they invested money, so somehow they should be authorized to vote for their projects, not for others.

So many activities. Are they visited by the same or different people? How do they find time to work with such a busy schedule?

Different members of our company attend various conferences.
Is it mostly developers or marketers? Or maybe team members that focused on resolving questions with investors?

From marketers to CEO.

Life is a little more complicated than such straightforward conclusions. Buterin violated the principles that was proclaimed by himself , but in fact the project was a success. But we will not go to offtop.
We will hope that this project will also take its own niche.
For sure it will be, because nowadays too much ICO and some of them wanna take your money and escape
Moreover, such a model is not laid in the self-development of the project. Just facing the difficulties the teams begin to think about it. But DES project will deprive them of this opportunity )
