There were projects like this, if I do not remember. But these and similar projects are really neccessary now. All opportunities to see the easy money obtained with ICOs 3-5 people unite to make an ICO and get a share of cake. But with these projects it seems that maybe a little can be avoided.
Yes, the project gives confidence in its investments. Scam will become much less.
