projects use third-party Escrow as a third independent party to control the money is protect money by Enterprise credit . but decentralized escrow nobody change the money spend to noting.

So putting this service to blockchain should really amke it more transparent and trustworthy. It will really help to sort out the scam projects as the industry of ICO grows.
