It is important we keep holding our Bitcoin at long as possible and we don't have to tell the world that we are holding a particular amount of Bitcoin. Hackers are everywhere and they know how to do there things to get there victim.
This is why many big men especially the influencer ones use to ensure they don't disclose there wallet addresses or the actually amount of Bitcoin they are holding. I think we need to be wise and k own what we are doing so that doe don't easily become a huct of hack because of our past lifestyle.

In a case scenario where friends are gather they normally talk about different things which lead to arguing and bragging (crypto currency & Bitcoin) who has more asset they do this to lure you out and spill the bean how much is in your possession. People who are wise understand the scheme going on but most people just want to get along the flow eventually spilling the bean.
Now if something happens to that person's Bitcoin/Altcoin who is solely is responsible?

Why even keep friends then? If you can't be opened to your friends, if you can't all have good conversations about crypto and your holding, it means you don't trust eachother, why still keeping them? Well, i don't keep much friends and I have had an ugly past with friends before so I cut them off, one of the best things I have ever done.

There is no point in keeping fake friends, if you keep secrets and they keep secrets there is lack of trust, there shouldn't be friends in your circle in the first place, its not a must to have friends, some people will do very well in life if they never had friends.

How their lives turned out to be is because of the friends they keep, I find out that my friends are jealous of my success, and its brings up some little fights among us, expecting me to always solve their problems, I figure out that they will suck me dry and still blame me later so I quit, most friends are not worth keeping after all.

As much as I don't want to talk about Bitcoin to anybody in person, I think it is close to impossible to completely avoid it. In the first place, your family, or at least a few members of your family, must have an idea that you are into it. The same is true with some close friends.

Sometimes Bitcoin is brought to the table for discussion and it seems wrong not to share a little information about it especially if there are misconceptions that you can easily correct. It's a missed opportunity not to educate friends and relatives a little about Bitcoin when they're interested about it. It's both for them and for Bitcoin's adoption as well.

But you just make sure that you aren't suggesting to them that you have much.
If you live with your family, then it's almost impossible to hide it except an Average Joe who don't care about Bitcoin discussion, so they choose to buy and then forget it. But if you spend your time to play around in this forum, read some articles or watch some videos about Bitcoin, then there's will be a time they caught you're have an interest with Bitcoin.

Remember, when you try to correct misconceptions, you're showing you're capable in Bitcoin subject, resulting they will think you're own a lot Bitcoin without need to reveal your holdings.

But you just make sure that you aren't suggesting to them that you have much.

So interestingly, I'm submitted to this and if I must say, then I'd sincerely tell you that this seems to be one of the tactical strategy that I've ever adopted in discussing about bitcoin either with friends or relatives. In as much as bitcoin is not a prohibition for discussion even though in the countries where it's banned. Of course it can always be a topic for discussion either of a good or bad reputations.
So if paraventurely there's a need in discussing about bitcoin with anyone, it's better preferable not to even let them know you've any. Probably I chooses to have this terminology that though I've interest to Invest on it somedays. Else the little not as much as we may think that the people out there might take it to be so little as we may insight them about the little portfolio of our bitcoin holding can actually be in doubt to the people and that little holding we may have brought to their knowledge can be attractive to them on the negative side for us.

We shouldn't forget that there are people that can do the undo for little things or even worth affordable stuffs. Some people can naturally be envious with the possession of wickedness to the highest level.
So I'd rather choose to keep my investment anonymous but keep an easy flow of bitcoin discussion with everyone. Sometimes at our leisure bitcoin discussion can be something of fun in biding to further knowledges to your hodling. So definitely you can't keep the aspirations to bitcoin all by yourself and this is also why such a bitcointalk discussion board was formed.

Your privacy with Bitcoin use depends on your practice with UTXOs, for inputs and outputs and how you connect your wallet to servers, nodes to broadcast your Bitcoin transactions.

Wallets that are non custodial, give you coin control (control on UTXOs) will give you better privacy and anonymity if you can connect to Tor for transaction broadcast.

I think I disagree with you a little bit here. To hold your bitcoins, you don't have big problem with privacy. Problem only occurs when you need to move your bitcoins from your wallet, then it is turn of coin control feature and good wallet software can help you.

It is not Worth and no accountable benefits in letting your Bitcoin assets exposed to anyone and not even your relatives for safety reasons and that is why I formally made this thread about how sensitively people suspiciously hunts Bitcoin Investors. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63750695.
There was my cousin who got my mobile phone but could not mind his business Instead he began scrolling over and found some Crypto wallets therein and was curious about my relativity with Bitcoin.

Honestly I would sai I made away with that his intension and I will also said that he had some bad intentions for me and so at it stance, I am having him as a threat to me.

The caused of that mistake I did in letting him get through my phone was the bottom point of my mistakes which I was too relaxed believing he was just a brother to me and felt there would be no insecurities between us.

I can bet to it that most postures of threats we have found ourselves is mostly tracks by our relatives. Indeed who knows you  are the most persons to hurt you.

Always Act Smart and Play Safe With Your Funds
Investment is very easily but guiding your investment to maturity is where many people fall out of luck because they can't endure seeing their assets dipping to -67 percent no newbie can withstand seeing their holding dying uncontrollably because it's your hard earned money, people will keep saying they are holding for decades or holding for long term this same people who keeps larmenting about bitcoin might not have that patient to hold till halving ends and start bull run mainly.

Then when we talks about privacy, well it's an important role in our life to the journey of our investment, the ability for you to maintain your privacy determines how long you could hold your bitcoin in a particular wallet address because whenever you are too lousy then you attracts unnecessary attack to yourself because lots of eyes will focused on you that is why you must avoid some sensitive discussion where some random newbies will create a thread/topics that I know doesn't worth it by asking people how much they hold and which wallet you saving your bitcoin all this discussion I do avoid them because they could plan working on attacking you.

It's not only about seed phrases or other sensitive information but one shouldn't even share how much Bitcoin or any other asset they hold because these things are private and should be kept as a secret. You don't need to disclose your finances and financial holdings to anyone because as you said, not everyone you have in your life or around you is genuine with you and cares for you.
A lot of people would envy you if you tell them how much money you have in cryptocurrencies, some might even try to steal your funds, do any evil thing to access your funds, etc.

What do you believe in?
If only everyone is acting according to what they have read or learned, then no one will be eager to publicly or secretly share their investment information with their friends. Some people are so ignorant but only get to regret their actions later. I can actually teach people about Bitcoin, which I have been doing for a long time now, but I don't tell anyone the amount of Bitcoin I have in my cold or hot storage, and I don't disclose the particular wallet I am using to hold my asset. In terms of entertaining questions regarding my personal investment, I get so tricky with the answers I give.

So many people have been betrayed by their best friends, and that's enough lesson to learn in the aspect of disclosing your secret investment to friends.

Sometimes I don't know what some Bitcoin investors take cryptocurrency since it was meant to give us more privacy, and aid our freedom but this days alot will just be lousy with they cryptocurrency investment which can make the identified easily and become a target by criminals, but the Truth is that even if we don't want to remain anonymous to the government, we need it for our everyday life's and those around us, this is very important for us and our safety.

Anyways, many people takes cryptocurrency investment to mean different things for different people which made it easy for them to be identified as investors and some even goes as far as displaying their balance to the public which is something I can never do, if we have the tool for our privacy the way we use those tool make us more hidden or exposed it all in our hands to use them as we like

Some people are just too loud with everything they do and they are very bad with secrets. Such people will be vulnerable to attack from player haters that pretend to be his friends. The most important aspect of our lives is keeping our financial life and assets secret so that nobody will know how much you worth.

However, some people think that it is the best thing to do by bragging with how many bitcoin that you have and show off with the amount in your bitcoin wallet, believing that will earn them some respect because they are always proud with whatever they have. Keeping a low profile about your bitcoin investment is the best, because you don't know who is your friend or your enemy.

These are good and reputed wallets. But only Bitcoin Core is recommended for privacy because if you want privacy, you have to run your own node. Others that you mentioned are SPV wallets while only Bitcoin Core is the full client among them. Although, there are ways you can use SPV wallets and have some privacy but you will still have to depend on central servers which knows about your wallet addresses and IP addresses. So if you want to have privacy with SPV wallet, you need to have several wallets on several devices or rerouting your Tor each time you are connecting to another wallet.

The secrecy in holding your coins and staying anonymous is an insightment that you've no brothers in the industry because what a Non-Bitcoin investor exhibits at your threats is equal to the task of what a Fellow-Bitcoin investor is capable of.

You can be a part of a online bitcoin community and still maintain your anonymity. There is an advantage to having a community that shares the same ideas as you. I have learned much about wallets and the cons of storing coins in CEXs.

I may Invest $100 today as a beginner to the notice of who brought me in to this bitcoin industrial investment system but must not let him know when I diversifies or when I am buying more to accumulate and holding my assets.

Your investment is yours to make and keep safe. Owning bitcoin is like being your own bank. I have never seen a bank act careless about its security. Telling people details about your crypto portfolio will get you into trouble. I have read stories about people who got robbed physically of their bitcoins. It’s not far fetched to think that the robbers could be someone who knows about their bitcoin investments.

You must remember that bitcoin investment is not a better investment for a cooperative financial affairs. Stay on your privacies.

You must remember that bitcoin investment is not a better investment for a cooperative financial affairs. Stay on your privacies.

Keeping your financial status secret is important not just regarding Bitcoin but in all your investments. The world is becoming wild and most people are not interested in keeping relationships or having good names but they are only concerned about making money by all means. This time you don't know who to trust because materialism has taken over the world. If you want to live a peaceful and free life don't show off your wealth because it might attract criminals. Most people in my country who are wealthy have to employ the services of security companies for personal protection because they might become victims of kidnapping and armed robbery. We need to do our part to improve our security and one of the ways of doing that is to live a private life. There is no need to tell people how much you are worth because it is not necessary. Telling people that you own Bitcoin will make them assume that you are a millionaire and you might become a prime target of criminals.

Lol, Bitcoin is not an industrial investment system, whatever that even means. Having said that, privacy is crucial and you should never tell everyone about the Bitcoin you have bought, nor how much ROI you have made from the coins you have stored in your wallet, here is a topic that discusses this. Of course you can tell your family that you trust, so they would be able to inherit it if anything happens to you; but you must trust whoever you give that information to.

That's right. Boasting happens to people who are not self-actualized enough in life, and by talking about their investments, probably even increasing the number, they try to seem successful and businesslike. But the mistake is that people can hear everything differently, and someone who is too talkative may be in danger, even, one might say, threatening the life of that person. There are very few people in our social circle whom we can trust the most; everyone else will only rejoice at failure, no matter how harshly it is said.
I often say that modesty is a good quality; you shouldn’t be something you’re not; on the contrary, you need to be simpler so that people don’t have to envy you.

It is true that privacy is an important thing that we must protect as best as possible, especially regarding the assets we own in crypto. I personally have never even shown my portfolio to anyone. But I have an acquaintance who was also a mentor for me when I first entered crypto and trading. He knew some of the assets in my portfolio, but only some of them and not the whole. But that was a long time ago, namely last year. And I'm not worried about him because I see that he has a larger amount of assets than me. Because I'm just a small player. But he's different. And the more I come here, the more closed I become about this. In the past year I was still passionate about talking about crypto in general. But this year I decided not to talk too much about this. Except a little. Because sometimes we create privacy gaps when we talk a lot.

Some of us are still loosed with their privacies
We talks about staying unrevealed and anonymous in our Bitcoin investments due to the risks involved within the public, so now what about a scenero to slightly identity a bitcoin investor unknoeingly to him maybe a closed friend or relative, do you've to get revealed to him with the mindsets of being in the same investment with the person?

This is something some of us here doesn't understand, they think because either this forum or the bitcoin industry as one community is brotherlyhood enough reasons to be associated in our social lives.

The secrecy in holding your coins and staying anonymous is an insightment that you've no brothers in the industry because what a Non-Bitcoin investor exhibits at your threats is equal to the task of what a Fellow-Bitcoin investor is capable of.

This crypto investment is like a jungle that has no brother but on your own. That's why it's advised not to reveal your wallet seed phrases to anyone but on a privacy note to yourself if you must have your funds on a safety guard.
Trust no one and not even he who introduced you to the industry.
Keep what gat to be secrets a secret.
I may Invest $100 today as a beginner to the notice of who brought me in to this bitcoin industrial investment system but must not let him know when I diversifies or when I am buying more to accumulate and holding my assets.
A lot of lost assets has remained untraceable and unexplainable due to over trusts with fellas.

You must remember that bitcoin investment is not a better investment for a cooperative financial affairs. Stay on your privacies.
That is the beauty of investing in bitcoin, because you can actually keep your assets a secret, and bitcoin has that uniqueness to maintain a good level of privacy. However too much of secrecy is not too ideal, because of unforeseen circumstances that could happen in the future, it could be illness, an accident or even death. So for me if you have love ones and people you know you can trust with some level of information about you, then you can actually chipping them about your investment lifestyle and some basic information they should know about you, though not letting them know everything but just one or two information.
