Here in our country, mostly people only can afford to buy a phone so I guess that's what they are using especially now when they are playing gambling. When I was playing gambling way back 2016-2017, I only used phone to easily hide it from my parents and no one can see me that I was playing gambling. Since I do only play DICE games, phone is very convenient for it because it does not take so much space and not laggy in mobile phones.

it's very rare that I place bets from my mobile phone. I will not have the same patience and isn't easy as laptop.
most of times just to cover some previous bet, likewise cashout option...
laptop offer a better environment for any website so it's my first choice (with at least 2 or 3 wifii or internet connection available Wink )

Personally, i don't know how to use the mobile device for a long time, so, not my favorite for gambling. Desktop system is my best device use solely for this purpose becasue of it convenience. Aside it resolution and color options the fonts are bold for my liken and makes my gambling more enjoyable at all time. With all my current own device, this desktop has the best security and more space to surf the internet without issues, though be an old modern IBM machine but still active.

Mobile device is to small so I can't blame you for not using that and same to you I always prefer the desktop system since its quite convenient also not hurting our eyes if we choose to spend more hours playing. I don't really mind about security since I think they have the same aslong as you are using the real link of the casino you want to play.

I was once a desktop or laptop fanatic because I work in the IT field. However lately I have been using only my phone for gambling and I am loving it.I play rarely slot machines in my desktop or laptop now.The phone fulfill the needs of every gambler now as it does everything a computer does.I think this must be the most widely used device nowadays for gambling.

Those who gamble on a mobile or tablet - how to do you handle issues when game resolution is not suitable for device screen? Or the situation when the game is laggy, or cases when due to UI on a mobile device, you cant simply click on several buttons? I dont remember the dice webpage, but I tested it, I simply cant click on roll button on my iPhone.
^ Smartphones are widely used in this period of time. Almost 90% of people have smartphones with them. And the majority of them enjoy the convenience and portability of smartphones rather than having a desktop or bringing their laptops with them which they had to plug in and still heavier than smartphones (of course). If you are planning on building a gambling platform, I would suggest for you to have a solid app with a very much user-friendly interface. An app that not really that technical. That way, you might win a lot of users. Nevertheless, most of the successful gambling platforms are applications with very simple UI. As long as people can easily play, you win. That’s the only objective you had to make.

I had a coulegues that used mobile phone which is for gaming and it comes with larger screen scale. Though most gamblers suggested pc or laptop, but what I observed that using cellphone can be a most comfortable ways to deal with gambling. You can carry anytime you wanted to, and the access is more easy instead of desktop and laptop.
One key to use the effective mobile gadget is, find those bigger memory, storage and faster processor unit so you can initiate your gambling activity smoothly.
When you use a mobile phone, you can gamble or play gaming anywhere you want and be related to the convenience that you will get. But if you stay at home and not go somewhere, your choice will be a computer or laptop, but the computer will be suggestable by many members. Suppose you want to buy a mobile gadget with high-end technology. In that case, I think the price will not be cheap, so that will be better if you use a computer because, with the same money amount, you can get better computer specification instead to buy a mobile phone.

not surprised that desktop is currently the top voted. although playing on mobile devices can be convenient at times there are just a lot of cons more than pros(at least for me) when playing on a mobile phone. also, there are gambling sites that I play on that isn't really phone friendly and making playing on a mobile phone a nuisance. but I also wouldn't be surprised there a more people here in the forum gambling using a mobile phone since it is much cheaper than a desktop.

I'm using a desktop because I'm not a fan of laptop especially that we are in a pandemic right now.

All of us are advisable to stay at home even if we have a job to do. So it is much better to use a desktop especially if you want to gamble so that you can easily seek information that you need to acquire in order to have a profitable betting strategy.

But if you only afford a certain device then that's okay if you really like gambling, just use it.

Aroud my region there is a beauty salon. Crossing that I remember I made an expensive haircut here, because I lost $2000 through gambling while waiting for a haircut. Another one is a hospital where I lost some big amount in the premises. Once lost while waiting for withdrawal from ATM. The biggest and the most remembered is my home where I lost that massive loan amount of about $9500. So, gambling has given me more memories. Cheesy
I think all your losses, because playing when you are not very focused, maybe you need not to bring your mobile phone when you leave the house for a while so you are not tempted to play  Smiley

I use a laptop because the screen display is bigger and uncomfortable with the small screen display when using a Mobile Phone, usually betting on sports betting so I often open a couple of sportsbooks to compare odds on several bookies.

Case to case basis indeed.

There's a time I don't want to use either my PC, laptop, or mobile.

And depending on what gambling type involved like I don't want to play casino games on mobile as I prefer to do it on a much larger screen or in the event sports betting, using mobile will do as what I just need to do is to place bets.

Desktop is a no-brainer for me, given that I have a shitty wi-fi connection at home that likes to disconnect every so often even with an upgraded router. Also, I've been accustomed to just using clicks for the longest of time on dice, and it's a lot better than tapping IMO. When I'm out and I want to play, say on a coffee shop, I just whip out my iPad and it still does wonders and runs smoothly. It's surprising how fast gambling platforms adapt to mobile view. Just a few years ago, playing on phones or tablet is a no-go as by default, most casinos only run desktop-only platforms, but I can't say the same today given how fluid most browsers and phones can run online casinos today.

I primarily use pc for gambling on the regular. But when I am out and about I would gamble with my phone. It's all a matter of what's convenient for me at the time, although truth be told, it's much more immersive and fun to gamble when you're using a desktop computer compared to using a phone. There's just some features that are available on PCs that you can't find elsewhere. That's why if I am to choose where to gamble, I'd probably pick Desktop over Phone.

The devices that I usually use to play gambling are Laptops and Mobile Phones, because both are practical enough to be used anywhere.
But indeed I use a laptop more often than a mobile phone, maybe because the laptop screen is bigger and I feel more comfortable
playing gambling. Besides, the laptop that I use has specifications that are indeed more sophisticated than the Mobile Phone that I have.
So the performance is indeed better on a Laptop than a Mobile Phone, when playing gambling feels smoother when using a laptop.

Used to gamble with my personal computer (include laptop) but now with less free time, playing with mobile phone is much more entertaining. Many casinos have developed very good in order to optimize the system for mobile. Which mean, even with low internet connection, you can have an awesome experience. But research is needed in order to find the most suitable casino for yourself

Sometime, when I am home or I have more free time. I still use my pc or laptop to gamble. They have more functions and options for gamblers to choose and this action also refresh my experience. You know, I can not always be interested in trading with smartphone

The use of desktops is obviously going to be more frequent than the other modalities of gambling, since it allows for some features and perks that other devices wouldn't be able to enjoy in their native platforms. I myself have switched to desktops soon as I saved up enough money for a decent PC. And I'd be lying if I it didn't positively affected the way I play casino and gambling games altogether.

Well, as you said people has been controlled from going outside because of the pandemic, and the very reason why we have enough time to sit on our desktop computer or laptops.
Most of us here will find convenience gambling through a laptop or desktop computer because its much easier to navigate the gambling website than in the mobile website environment, plus mobile data internet wasn't stable (depends on the location) in my country.
I haven't had enough gambling activities from my mobile before until my laptop broke. So, that leaves me no choice but to use my mobile, though I casually gamble, but I always prefer to use laptop or desktop computer.

I prefer to spend my time gambling on the desktop but previously on the laptop, because the laptop is broken then everything is diverted to the desktop. Even so, sometimes I use a mobile device but not often just if I don't have time to access the desktop.

Aroud my region there is a beauty salon. Crossing that I remember I made an expensive haircut here, because I lost $2000 through gambling while waiting for a haircut. Another one is a hospital where I lost some big amount in the premises. Once lost while waiting for withdrawal from ATM. Maybe this is a lesson and that's the reason I don't gamble when I'm not in a good mood. Indeed, we can gamble online anywhere using a mobile device, even though we feel we are in a good mood but if it is done outside with situations that may be uncomfortable, then I think the results will be unlucky even though sometimes you win but it's just a factor of luck. Smiley
I do play neither of the two as long i can deal with my gambling activity with a bigger screen rather than on a mobile phone which the user experience isnt really that great
and also with processing power where generating some of heavy animations on some sites is just a piece of cake on a desktop than on a mobile.
Im not saying mobile is bad because when im away or in vacation or travelling and i dont have something to spend on entertaining myself then
thats only the time i do consider on playing on my mobile phone since i dont have any choice but you can really tell the difference.
