We should start spreading awareness about the side effects of gambling.

I grow up near a Cockpit Arena and I've seen same faces since I was a kid and up to till know goes in that Arena, I wonder how long they've been addicted to that kind of gambling but for sure its already long. It's obvious that they are already addicted in cockfighting and its becoming their routine to do it every Sunday and my father is one of them. He is so addicted to cockfighting that to the point he goes to another places just to join tournament and sometimes I would hear him saying that he lost this big amount of money. We all tried to tell him to slow down but I think no one can stop him from his madness.

The owners of these sites or casinos are obviously very big guys and then we end up dishing out the little we have for them again for the sake of fun or profit or whatsoever we want to call it.

Someone people always have this mindset that you can win all the time if you are careful, without realizing that we have all been careful once and if everyone had been careful and winning all the time, a lot of those sites would have closed down the site by now.

analyze the defeats needed to survive and become an expert, many gamblers who give up in frustration without thinking of anything, the learning process is also not instant because the defeat can not be calculated and predictable, we just need to increase the spirit and not easily give up. If it's too complicated, we can also share the strategy with more senior gamblers so that everything becomes easier.

It can be quite pissing when you lose pretty much in gambling but it should be expected even before you start as that is the only way you won't be stunned when you see all long reds. After a while, that I noticed that no matter how little I play and no matter the funds I have, I kept loosing, I had to stop, most especially when I realized that if I had save all I lost, Grin

Well, they don't win because they don't learn. Number one ---> don't bet against the house! <--- I can say that over and over and over again but nobody listens. Betting against the house is -EV (Negative Expected Value) <--- that means that you can expect to lose money! It doesn't mean you will lose money but you can expect it. Find opportunities with a +EV!

In gambling, if you are a gambler or a gambler expert you can experienced a lot on that, you will experience winning a lot of money sometimes you were lose the same amount when you win. Sometimes you will made some mistakes in gambling that will lead to be learn how to play in a smart way. Although we don't even know what is really in a reality we have to be a wise thinker especially in gambling.

Math! It's all in the math ---> we have to learn the math before we can understand the probabilities behind our choices. There are some poker players who have played so often that they intuitively understand the probabilities but they had to learn the hard way. If we learn the math mechanically first, then we will be more efficient players for the longer term.

I am definitely agreed on what you just said. As a gambler in the in the gambling, it is normal in the gambling world that most of the their players encountered lose most of the time, and being win was very seldom to happen for us. So I realized to stop it, because its just a waste of time only.

I agree with you. Sometimes, I play gambling games especially poker even if have so many projects or things to do. I remember forgetting that there are announced quiz that will be given for that day and I played poker the whole night. I failed my two quizzes and I regret it. But I learned from that mistake already and I won't do it again. I have notes for any school requirements and I make sure that I check it to make sure that I won't be forgetting important things again.

Mistakes cant really be avoided on some case since we are just human beings and we do really commit unexpected things but yet on next time we would eventually able to avoid to commit it again. Gambling mistakes is common specially on losing too much because of our greediness,rage or any emotion related things that do affect our gambling ways.

I had always made mistake of recovering my losses in gambling and ended up losing more and more but it was fun and excitement at the same time. I have learned my lesson that the more you chase your losses the more you're going to loose as you can't beat the house edge and always gamble with small amount so that it won't create problems for you and your family.

No one can really beat up the house specially on longer runs this is why it is really a senseless thing for us to think off on this kind of thing.We should not push ourselves that we can able to defeat them and make lots of money in the end of the day.This is the common mistakes of most gamblers which we do strongly believe that we can able to make constant profits on playing it.

Just gamble when you think that you are fine, don't gamble when you are hot headed and yes it's recommended that you should when your head is cool. Don't be like others that when the red days are happening to them, they are even more triggered to push some more bets but in the end they are losing a lot. Being conscious on what you are doing is a good lesson to learn from all those rage bets that we did before.

Everyone will say that they are fine and no one is hot headed. That is where things will be going wrong for them. Some people dont notice it but everyone that gamble for profit will mostly be hot headed. There is no way to know things like this but that is definitely a mistake that is why the reasonable way is to play for fun instead

It pretty much takes self control and the ability to reason fast most especially for people who take gambling as investment to know when to stop. You would not need a soothsayer to tell you eventually that you can use that productive time to do something and earn something good.

He made a wise decision and I truly hope some people who do not see the fun but see only themselves making money from gambling all the time will see it the same way and make the best decision as well. Like I always say, if everyone do have a strategy for winning all the time, casinos or gambling sites would have closed from business by now.

Yes i did and i learned it the hard way. I used to gamble a lot. Usually 3 times a week sometimes every single day. I got really greedy when i won some money at first and i thought i can make more and more. I lost all the profit i made and i started to spend my own money. It was not wise at all since i had to loan money from my friends. I gambled with depts once and i got in serious problem. Now, i don't gamble for money anymore. I do it sometimes for fun. I learned to control myself before i get addicted.it take a strong will to hold yorself, and i thank god i managed to do it.

No, there's only one time that i make a mistake on betting a lot more than i can afford, i was annoyed because i lose so much and deposit more to win it back. Now i learned from it and always limit the amount which i deposited, i can play with my profit but no matter what happen i won't deposit more.

Not anymore! I did a mistake once and i learnt from that. I haven't been a really addicted gambler since starting, but i used to gamble a bit. First with just free coins when there was no Bitcoin in my control, and then with Bitcoin when i got some. Once, i deposited some Bitcoins to a site in order to earn a few bucks out of them (which is the mistake gamblers do, they think they can earn from it), and i managed to earn some at starting, but later on, when i got a little greedy, i lost the amount i have deposited. Now, after losing that money, i thought i can recover them, so i deposited a $100 again for recovery purpose, and placed a bet with the smallest multiplier, and guess what, i lost the bet Grin

From that day since now, i have stopped depositing money to gambling sites. Now i just play when i get a giveaway or something, otherwise, i don't.
