Overall I think that crypto gamblers are more likely to make more educated decisions with how they handle their money overall, while regular gamblers will be easily tricked by old tricks such as deceptive bonuses in casinos and similar tricks and regular gamblers will also more easily fall victim to their own psychological tricks such as being carried away and try to bet more to win your losses etc. What are your thoughts? Have you experienced something similar?

I agree with you, crypto gamblers seem to have a deeper understanding of the gambling industry than regular gamblers. At least among my friends I noticed that the ones that own crypto currencies and also gamble more regularly have a better approach to casino games. It might be the case that they just spend more time with it and invest their time to think more deeply about strategies and bonuses. The thing with traditional gambling is that it happens quite rarely. For me and my buddies we went like 3-4 times per year to visit our local casino, on top if that were maybe 1 poker evening per month. This is not a lot of time spend gambling when you compare it to how easy it is to visit a online casino from home. Another point for crypto users is that you have to be critical where to invest your money, there are so many different crypto protects and we don't want to lose our money. This level of critical thinking helps a lot when gambling.

I get the point the the poster is trying to make but we know that there are distinctions. Crypto gamblers and regular gamblers are alike the difference is just the platform and the medium used to wager. In terms of privacy, I don't think any regular gambler would reveal their confidential bank details or any information that could not just compromise their account on the casino or sports bet website but also their bank details. This is the same caution that crypto gamblers take as well.

The difference I see is that if you are old and not tech savvy you want to stick to using your fiat for gambling which is what you are comfortable with than switching to crypto which may be too complicated for the old time gambler to adopt to.

I agree we can't gauge the difference between the two except for the deposit and withdrawal method. I don't spend much time observing other fiat gamblers, but I still see a lot of crypto gamblers who fall for these bonuses and then post a complaint or accusation later on. I think OP is giving more credit to us crypto gamblers when we're not that different from fiat gamblers overall. I also see a good bunch of them who make helpful guides, templates, and other stuff that helps new gamblers.
Crypto gamblers like bonuses because they see the opportunity to win some money from them. But the reality is that they won't get a chance to win at all and will experience loss. We have seen many gamblers who end up not getting anything from the bonus, say the Free Spin bonus, and they did get the Free Spin, but they couldn't win anything. But as crypto gamblers who often gamble at crypto casinos, we do see a lot of promotions aimed at people, so they visit the casino and get the bonuses.
I think the reason for all this bonuses on crypto casino is because of its still in a growing stage and all these tactics are actually to draw more customers to this section of gambling and I believe it's working because most people are actually interested in using or gambling on crypto site because of the massive promotions that most of the sites offer and I wont lie, even myself will choose a crypto gambling site over regular gambling sites. Although most of the site are not all that trusted because so many company are rushing into the industry due to the massive boom.

Bitcoin = Financial freedom
Throughout my years using cryptocurrency I've noticed that there are some differences between people that use crypto and those that might not. People using crypto are usually more aware of little details, they seek out to have more privacy and better sources of information. So that followed suit when it came for crypto to meet gambling as well.

It was crypto casinos that popularized the notion of provably fair gambling, and now the world had access to a technology that could undeniably prove the randomness of each bet. Regular online casinos to this day avoid using this technology, and gamblers that are not aware of crypto's perks rarely ever inquire about it. This is yet another good example of a difference between crypto gamblers and regular gamblers.

Such vague comparisons don't have to be the actual facts.

I disagree with many parts of your statements. The first thing is privacy and cryptocurrency can be anonymous and pseudo-anonymous while centralized exchanges enforce mandatory KYC for all their customers then privacy is nullified.

Provably fairness is something to verify the randomness of results while gambling online so the typical casinos aka land-based casinos use physical equipment and if you feel rigged surely you can find the fairness of the results by observing a few bets.

About the education status, its utter nonsense and if you say people use crypto for betting never addicted or wagered the money that they can't afford to lose.

Not all fiat gamblers are really careless and not all crypto gamblers are aswell careful enough to details, this imbalance cuts across both types of gamblers sometime crypto casinos also put up offers for bonuses which will aswell attract gamblers just like Fiat casinos too.

So the experience is literally seen in both set of gamblers but I think convenience has been the basic reason we see the variation in the types of gamblers, some find it most convenient gambling with Fiat and the others with crypto especially when it has to deal with the hitches associated with convertions and funding for crypto casinos, so I personally don't see been careful and others as the peculiarities in these different set of gamblers.

Maybe that is because crypto are kinda technical. It helps people to became smarter but there are still crypto users who are not those you described. This is where I can say that it'll still depend on the person no matter what payment methods they are using.

There are non-crypto gamblers who can get curious about how crypto works and what are its perks but there are also some who don't bother about it anymore. Maybe some will only, once they heard something that they will like. About money handling, again this will depend only to the gambler or person. Can't you see that a lot of threads here in the forum are about crypto gamblers who are getting addicted? Same goes to the rest that you said there.

I think it's more about the fact that we are much quicker here, since it's crypto and already there, we get to gamble so much more and bonus means that we could get a lot more, not that we would win that and put it in our pocket, but we could get that and gamble that away too, and in a very quick gambling world, that means something, we should be noting that down as well.

It's quite difficult to make changes on the fly when you are that quick with your bets, and betting could be as small as one cent per bet, maybe lower too not sure never tried it, which means that betting a million times in an hour is possible, and not going to bankrupt you, and bonus means a lot when you think about how much people wager here.
That makes us like gambling using crypto because we can get more conveniences. At least that's what we get, and it makes us stay in crypto casinos rather than fiat casinos. We feel that gambling in crypto is growing faster than in fiat because many people have probably moved from fiat casinos to crypto casinos because they find something different from fiat casinos.

The best part is that there are still crypto casinos that don't implement KYC, so we still choose crypto casinos. In the future, crypto casinos will also be asked to follow regulations like fiat casinos do, but that doesn't rule out the possibility of crypto gamblers moving. Those who have found their passion in crypto casinos will be in crypto casinos for a long time.

It seems that you are right in what you say. It seems that the free spin does not matter if it is programmed in the free spin that will be given to you; you will not win a large amount in gambling. I just noticed the bonuses, especially for newbies who enter the casino online.

I also noticed in the ads on the Facebook platform that there are casinos where you just sign up, even if you don't deposit anything. There is a welcome bonus immediately for newly signed ups worth around $6. I just forgot which casino this is.
We cannot win many wins and will still lose, as I experienced when I tried to play slots and bought the bonus. People think that if they buy a bonus or get a bonus, it is a chance to win a large amount of money. But what happens is that we don't win any money and only lose, so we have to realize that we have to really limit ourselves when gambling. Otherwise, we will only continue to experience defeat and lose money, whereas in gambling, losing money is bound to happen, while winning cannot always happen.

I think there aren't many differences between crypto and regular gamblers thinking about smart decisions, bankroll management and performance. It seems they share the same levels. What I notice to be the biggest difference is the fact crypto gamblers are younger than regular gamblers who tend to be from older generations, as they don't have great informatic skills, neither interest for digital businesses. Obviously, 60-80 years old gamblers are much less likely to access internet, download a casino app or create an account at a virtual platform to deposit cryptocurrencies in order to gamble. Therefore, they demand for land based casinos.

Regular gamblers or the traditional one prefer more to gamble on casinos and they don't care that much about their security as you can still have your privacy on a casinos.

Regular gamblers really bother on the privacy because they jump in and out and that probably would not require KYC maybe because they don't win which will get them to verify their KYC for withdrawal. So this is the reason they may not submit their KYC but for a  crypto gambler who is consistent in profit would provide KYC for withdrawal and so they are careful about the casino they choose to play in. This is the difference therefore, if you are not getting winning from a casino then you may not be required to verify your KYC since you are not withdrawing.

I think it varies and largely depends on individual preferences. People who may prefer playing at home may want to remain anonymous and would prefer playing with crypto. That’s the only logical thing I can think of that’s the major difference between gamblers who use crypto and fiat.

There's a lot of technology today that let us choose at our own convenience, and yes playing at home are becoming the trend and the top choice to many. A crypto gambler have the luxury of playing at home while having the same excitement, you just have too choose the best site so you won't be worried about your security. Regular gamblers or the traditional one prefer more to gamble on casinos and they don't care that much about their security as you can still have your privacy on a casinos.

It is normal that the biggest difference is the privacy and I am not saying pseudo-privacy like many refer to it when talking about crypto casinos, the reason for this being simple, even though they can do a blockchain analysis to link your crypto address to the wallet they can never know when you exchange the money to which credit card it came for example, something that it can never be done with the FIAT casinos as they will need these details in order to release you the payment. This together with provably fair,a much more amount of game providers in favor of crypto casinos make crypto casinos better and even crypto gamblers better compared to regular gamblers.

You mean that counts for decentralized casinos running on top of a blockchain? For other casinos that claim full randomness for any of their dice games or slots or whatever you can play there, it usually needs quite some effort to be made by the player to really double-check whether the results of a round were purely random. I think many of the well established casinos claiming to be provably fair also are provably fair, but the truth is that hardly anyone, or maybe even nobody, goes the extra mile and checks hashes or changes seeds every round and then do the double-checks. There is still a certain level of trust involved.

This is the conveniency that we can get on gambling online and with crypto, its possible to remain anonymous.
Regular gamblers might still prefer to gamble on physical casinos and that is their choice, but many value their privacy now and I think since our technology offers a lot of good gambling sites, many becomes more interested in playing online. Traditional gamblers might hesitant to adapt and that why physical casinos are still there and will stay as long as the gamblers will continue playing.
Crypto-based online gambling does have the advantage that anonymity is more secure and no one else will ever know that we are gambler.
This is different from traditional casinos where there are lots of gamblers mixed together and we even interact with each other at the same table.
It just that for anonymity in online gambling there are quite lot of different meanings, for example casinos asking for KYC and customers saying they object to KYC because they still want to be anonymous in gambling.
However, in my opinion when gambler provides KYC it can still be said that he is still gambling anonymously because it is the casino team who knows the identity not other gamblers.Plus it is normal for the casino team to know the gambler identity because that is just requirement that must be met fulfill it as long as the casino can be trusted.

Both the online and traditional gambling industries physically have their fans and there are always visitors to both, but in its development online casinos are much more advanced and are attracted by more gamblers.

The cryptocurrency had their additional demand in the community because of the gambling site. The number of the gambler to the crypto gambling was increasing from the fiat gambling dat to day as like the crypto trading. The gambler who want more many from the gambling should ready to do the maximum game play in the gambling. The gambler who play the more game in the gambling per day will have the chance of making their maximum win from the gambling. The regular betting will had make you hard to withdrew the fiat to your bank account or the banker will ask to pay the taxes for the gambling wins to the bank account.

Agree with this mate as we all know that crypto gambling is we can play where ever we want, when ever we want so there a advantages once we involve bin crypto gambling cause we can hodl our crypto once we are the winner. But anyways regular gamblers is always be vigilant as we all know that it's easy to get our private I formation once we are careless. And in online casino is we can hide our identity and still being anonymous.
