What is the difference of Trading to Investing?

though I know that I can search it in google but I want an answer from those people who have already experienced this two.
Thank you.

I hope you can help me in my confusion..

Trading is need more requirements to do. It needs your skill to learn and make a smart move in the market with technical or fundamental analytics. And of course, you have to online to watch the market everyday to keep your position price safe.
It's different with investing. You just need to deposit your money and wait for your return profit. As simple as it. But you have to fulfill your knowledge with economics or financial knowledge to choose the right investment program.

During trading, you need to think with your head and make your own decisions. In case of loss, it will not be so offensive, you can learn from your mistakes. During the investment, you do not need to bother with the choice of strategy and the miscalculation of profit options.

Exceptionally you are wrong because for both there is risk involved, because before investing and trading you have to find all possible ways, whether you will make the profit from it or not. But when compared to investment, trading will be in our control.

But if you look for higher returns on your investment, then definitely you have to bear the losses, because when you do invest, the control of your money will be not our hands.
I agree with you completely. Any investment is a risk because companies whose shares you acquire are operated by other people. There is always the risk that the income of these enterprises will be hidden or the company will go bankrupt.

In my mind, trading is more about shifting funds around from various currencies to ride different changes in value. A lot of people do it just between USD and bitcoin, but there are lots of other currencies too, stuff like euro and altcoins.

With trading, you have to keep a pretty close watch on your money. Sudden changes in value mean you can lose a lot, but it also has potential for huge gains too. Investing is just putting your money somewhere with the expectation that it’ll grow in value.

You can do that with stuff like gambling site bankrolls and investing in businesses. Investing is usually very stable returns, but you’re not going to have any huge windfalls. However, remember that trading is done through exchanges, which are usually very reliable. With investing, you have to trust some other company to not just steal your money.

Difference invest and trading is when you invest you don't need to work just put your money in someone or company who open the investment and they work for you to make profit and divide the profit to you as an investor, trading is you buy commoditi/coin etc when the price is low and sell when the price up, both are have risk.

I agree, investment is like having a share in a company where you can get a percentage of their profit. You don't need to put some effort to earn from investments. Unlike in trading, you need to do trades everyday for you to earn. And trading will require many knowledge about for you to earn profit. In investment, an advisor can do the works for you and you just make the decision on what to do.

trading is buying at low, selling at high.

investing is buying a stock or a house, and earn long term money from it.
If you invest money in a product you always have the option not to lose all of them. The goods will remain in any case. If you invest in shares of the company then you can lose all your money. The choice is yours.

Right, investment in product, it will be useful other than do invest your money into any company. But it is the definition of investment.
And in this thread, he also want to explanation about trading, I mean in trading, it depend on skills and it is our work and we make profit in trading use our ability, otherwise trading more risky than investment.

these two are the same and they both can go under the same way.
a product can stop being useful or people may stop using it, or simply another person can start producing or importing that same product and crash the price of that product because of increasing the supply!

so as you can see it is always a risk in investment and that is why people always say invest what you can afford to lose and also diversify if you can, so in case one went down you still have some other reliable sources of money.

Due to some that risks when you get in trading you should be carefully to check, whether you put money in the right place for investment or not,
In contrast to trading that not only does that, we also need to be proficient see graph fluctuations coins. And take a chance to earn profit.

Both trading and investing have certain risks associated with them. There are also different sets of strategies needed for you to be able to generate profit on a consistent basis. Although with trading, you must always monitor the price movement and study charts and patterns and always on the lookout for developments that might affect the price. If you are into investing and just doing it passively, then you won’t have as much control as you do with trading.

In investing is a process of putting money at risk, And this is more  focus in a long term business of course. While contrast to investing, Trading is the place where the traders need to buy something to trade. On which traders react only depending on what they see on the screen. Most of the traders they are taking the advantage of short term price in the market, and they act faster or quickly.

I do consider trading as an investment but this kind of investment does really need hard work for you to be able to make profits on longer runs unlike any other investments which you would just sit and see your money grow and this is really the difference among the two.

Trading is short term self-investment whereas investment is a long term trading. Smiley  There are many ways to go about trading. Investment also requires quite a lot research.

You are very confused with your words and on how to define things. Trading is a form of investment, it is one among many kinds or forms of investments that are existing in the society. Investment on the other hand is a broad word that refers to all kinds of business, activities that entails capital in an expectation of a gain or profit.

I think They are both type of investment. why? when you do trade you need to choose coins were you are going to trade and you need to buy it first which is shows a form of investment. While in Investing is a form of investment where you can choose to invest into different type of business such as Franchising, Traditional, and Networking.

Investing means it is done on long term basis. In most cases, once you invest, you would to wait till the period ends to get back your money.Trading is totally under our control.Either you can do trading in short term basis or long term basis. You can easily change your decision about your money whenever you want.
Correct, it's good to invest if you have a big amount of capital that will give you a good ROI in a span of time. Trading is only for people who wants to earn an active income on a regular basis. There are day traders and they are making money trading in crypto world, and that is the path that I want to follow.
