why just dump, I'm still going POS ia issued 1 Cuba not complaining, I just didn't have 10K before obnovleniem, and I want pos to get more, and for that I need to buy cubes and transfer them to the wallet, if I wanted to sell something already it would make!

Well it will change from 5.47% to 1% - 500% which means its another well thought out strategy to separate the weak hands once again. All I know is that in order for you to have a good chance of staking that golden 500% you going to need a lot more than 2000000 CUBE I would say 10000000 or over to get the most of your investment. All this dumping is making somebody CUBE rich and why would this person want so much CUBE ?
