You should be aware that no-one can truthfully answer this kind of question for any coin, with the sole exception of someone showering the contents of his wallet into the market to make it personally happen.
Is it generally possible? Of course. But the same answer is true for questions about the Moon crashing into Earth next Christmas or a stake stick staking a CUBE being the first device generating a coin on the Moon. Is CUBE @ 20k more likely than these other 2 events? Probably (unless a coin was actually already mined/minted there and I completely missed it. I doubt I missed that the moon crashed into the Earth already, though, I checked and I can still see it up there), but this is already heading quite into the field of assumptions and personal, mine in this case, opinions and I'm the first to admit that this one is not based on any reliable facts.
The important thing is, it doesn't actually matter. Not for the well-being of the coin, the ability to make profit from it and it shouldn't for you, as long as you have not made some really stupid investing moves or are believing in 'Make a million $ starting with 1 $ in less than a year' kind of stuff (Still, again, it's not completely impossible to do that).
