yes the game is proVably fair lol
The game generates the 2 dice rolls + a salt stores both, generates a SHA1 hash of the salt + the 2 dice rolls and returns the hash to the user before they bet
they place their wager "bet" and choose the #
they place the bet and the system then returns the dice roll and hidden salt
the user can then using that information take the salt + the 2 dice roll, sha1 them and see the hash hasn't changed
proving that we didnt change the #s
if we changed the #s or the salt
the resulting hash wouldn't match what we showed them before they placed a bet
thus proving it is fair

can we check also the hashes after every bet?

sha1(salt + results) = HASH
we show you the HASH before you bet
then give you the salt and results later
the salt keeps the better (user) from being able to generate the winning number using a computer and pre-computing all the hashes for a given outcome
but we cant just figure out 2 inputs to sha1
that create the same hash
otherwise thatd be a collision
and that breaks the hashing algo.
