I downloaded a new wallet and demon.
The demon quickly synchronized from the first to the last block, it took less than two hours (before it took about a day or more, seriously).
The wallet file of the old version was successfully opened in the new version, the coins were not lost.

For almost 4 weeks my coins have been blocked. Admins Cryptopia not include a wallet, so that coins appeared on the balance sheet. The coin developer is waiting for something.
I would have already sold coins for 1-2-3-4-5 Satoshi, but I can not do it ...

You were so lucky to transfer them in the same day Cryptopia locked the wallet then.
I got a reply they would have fixed it by the end of last week but nothing to do.

Regarding the connections matter you can check all cryptonotes have only 1 connections, this is directly related to their implementation on their website stats, meaning Dinastycoin doesn't have only 1 seed node but several instead, again I believe they are doing their best to resume deposits/withdrawals as soon as possible.
