As I said "Most merchants will be Italian, physical and online ones, however online ones might ship worldwide. The reference "Made for Italians" is Dinastycoin goal of replacing the EUR within it's country. ", the coin itself is available for transfers worldwide like any other cryptonote. So yes, everyone can use DCY.
Forknote binaries are available or forknote.net and github.

Why and mostly how is this coin made mostly for Italians?it just sounds really odd IMHO. do the Italians get special treatment or something?
