I presume, as there was no double spend and it would seem unlikely that a hacker would seek to win 0.08 BTC, that they are alleging odds manipulation. They have provided no evidence that this occurred.
On that basis, they could void any winning bet they choose, citing odds manipulation. This is outrageous!
