so if I "negotiate"/"firm" a line, and don't get the price I want before the match starts, is the wager amount simply returned to the BTC address I sent from? If so, will I get the EXACT amount I wanted to wager (or do they subtract the transaction fee used to send it back?)

We do not subtract transaction fees from payouts. It's on us !

Directbet copying odds from Betfair and offers 10% less than Betfair...too high vig!
can anyone confirm this? I too have noticed the vig. to be about 10% higher from other books, but wasn't sure which book DirectBet uses to get their lines. FWIW the MMA lines are quite "viggy" compared to other books. I like the setup here ALOT but the competition is winning the lines battle.

Is there any plans in adding e-sports + live betting in this matches? I think that not any sites accepts gambling in live games of dota 2 or csgo

AFAIK your the pushed match is like removed from it and the odds will be lowered. if im not wrong, i read it somewhere in this thread about this
Yes that's correct. The Toto ~ Parlay bet will still stand but the odds will reduce as if you never added the pushed selection in the first place.
