There are some challenges in automating the VIP rewards in the way that you suggest because unlike a typical Sportsbook, there are no accounts at DirectBet.

If you do not wish to reveal your e-mail address you can alternatively claim your VIP rewards by sending me a private message here on Bitcointalk. We do have clients who do just that.

Starting in February we added more milestone rewards in response to clients feedback, but if you prefer you can claim all your rewards at once at the end of each month. You might find it more convenient than claiming each reward separately.

It should be possible to add an option to pay for a freebet with loyalty points on the
website directly without having to contact you.

For example a link on the VIP rewards page:
http://directbet.eu/VIP.cshtml
that says something like "You have reached your 20,000 Milestone for March. Claim your Freebet now!" and then redirects
you to a betslip, which is automatically placed with a 50 mBTC stake.
